It had a 5 star feel to it - which was nice. We checked into our room (127) - I'm a Bonvoy I'm very attentive to cleanliness - our room was clean, large, and had a nice kitchenette. I was impressed with the modern lighting. Issues I had - The toilet was very rocky - I'm surprised this wasn't addressed prior, unless the previous guest didn't use the bathroom. I arrived late, I didn't feel like making a maintenance request and having a guy fixing and resetting my toilet at midnight. I informed the front desk the next day. The flooring in the kitchen and bathroom was an issue as well. It was separating and staining. It's the peel and stick flooring/ glued down vinyl type - and it took away from the aesthetics of the room. And finally - there was a bar of soap left on the sink with a HAIR on it. YEP - A HAIR. When I say a HAIR - it was a HAIR. I brought it to the front desk - Jerome. I was disgusted but calm, Jerome was calm - I placed the bar of soap wrapped up in a tissue - he apologized and said he would inform the manager. Not sure what that means. How did Housekeeping miss that one? Oh and It wasn't 2 queen beds, it was 2 full beds. I know the hotel industry and it's cheating when you call it queen beds and they're not queen beds. The staff definitely were 4/5 stars - but I'm disappointed on this one. These are serious missed targets - need team debriefing.

We moved it to the side and didn't use this bed. The window curtains have stains. Once we closed the curtains, we didn't re-open because of the stains. I didn't take a picture of the elevator --- it is in desperate need of an overhaul. I am thankful we didn't spend much time in the room due to the conference we were attending. WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRR!!!…read more I traveled overnight, so I arrived fairly early in the morning... grabbed some breakfast and waited until after 11 to ask if I could check in early. I was told that there was NO WAY and I'd have to wait until 3pm. Disgruntled, I walked back to my car, on the way running into a Marine the hotel was in the process of screwing over and slept in my car until I could check in. Checking in was painful, but the staff was nice so a few jokes here and there made it bareable.... the room is pretty inexpensive, but then they charge you $30 for cooking/eating utensils, $30 for a coffee pot AND money for an ethernet cord. If you don't bring your own, you have no choice. So now I own a set of cooking utensils that will most likely NEVER AGAIN see the light of day. The room STUNK. I walked in, dropped my bags and walked right back out and headed to the nearest Family Dollar/Grocery Store for air fresheners and groceries. It smelled like old musty funk. The room itself was fairly comfortable, spacious.... but parking SUCKED and it seemed a bit on the scary side because most of it is located behind the building. It's lit pretty well, but it's still a bit on the sketchy side. All in all, if it's a LAST DITCH RESORT, I say go for it.... but if you have ANY other options, stay there instead!

In the new room the air conditioner was broken. I was ask to use both room. After returning to the first room I found a tick in the room. I decided to leave and ask for my credit card to be refunded. They refund the payment then charge my card for me canceling because of all the issues. The hotel did not provide me with a clean and safe place. My credit card company ask for a refund. I have my paperwork so if they try to say I am not telling the truth to get this remove I will gladly post it.

There were no curtains, an electrical outlet that had smoke damage around it and was burnt out, the refrigerator was covered in rusty spots, and the walls had stains of liquids running down them. There was no furniture other than the bed, not even a lamp. Feeling scared but stuck we thought we'd spend 1 night, and get out to find a new place in the morning. When I pulled the sheets back the sheets had hair on them. We went and checked out. Waiting for our ride in the parking lot we saw druggies in cars and my husband was propositioned!!! Go directly to another hotel, do not pass go, do not collect $200.
