We were so close to getting slivers from it! He responded quickly, and was able to pick up the gadgets from our home, the day after. His pricing is fair and also is honest to say that if the gadget is too old, it may be cheaper to just get it replaced than have it repaired. I told them to call me when the controllers were done since they had my number on file and they never did! I still do not have my controllers since they were useless unless fixed.
