But after I said what was wrong with it he laughed in my face and tells me that it could be worse and I should just buy a new phone because it could be the motherboard even though he didn't diagnose it yet he gives me a false claim and laughs at my face just because I wanted to share what I thought could be wrong too. He then proceeds to tell me but he will have to diagnose it and tomorrow because he was closing so I understood and asked if I can just bring it by tomorrow and he's mad at this point that he says my phone is broken and I should just go buy a new one. When i came in, they conflictingly told me I could do it online. The process took over 2 hours because a "new guy" kept skipping me when I finished a claim. I told them to call me when the controllers were done since they had my number on file and they never did! I still do not have my controllers since they were useless unless fixed.
