I was scammed by this place about 2 years ago. Came in seeing they fix out of warranty playstation controllers, and they convinced me to use a subscription with asurion website. Once my subscription hits its second month( about 40$ total), i could file a claim and repair the controllers. I called them when it was time and they said to come in and get it done. When i came in, they conflictingly told me I could do it online. The process took over 2 hours because a "new guy" kept skipping me when I finished a claim. I told them to call me when the controllers were done since they had my number on file and they never did! I still do not have my controllers since they were useless unless fixed. Absolute scam and taking advantage of people looking for knowledgeable help. DO NOT COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. read more

Dropped my iPod off for battery replacement on 2/18/26. they said it would be done 7 business days (order parts,etc ) went in to check if it was ready on 3/5/26 they said they had the battery and it was ready to install , they were just a little bit busy and I can come back at 6. Well, I was not able to go back that day. So I went by today 3/9/26 and is still NOT ready ! They said it would be ready by the end of the day . I said forget that , give me back my iPod and I want a full refund ! They did refund but this place is terrible!!!! Don't go there....p.s . It looks like they never open the iPod , looks untouched ! I wasn't too impressed with the value. My daughter needed a new screen installed on her Google Pixel 7 phone and the quote was just over $300. They are free to set whatever price they want, but I find Google themselves to be much more competitive at $149 for both the screen and a Google included a new battery at that price also. The phone was gone for 4 days, but that wasn't too bad considering. My other observation is that is that if they have an opening time of 10AM, they should be prepared to start serving customers at that time. What I saw was employees trickling in between 10:05-10:10 when there was a line of customers that arrived on time waiting for them to open the store. That may be an old-fashioned view in our current times, but that's how I do business. read more

recently visited your store to have my phone screen repaired and was assisted by staff member Andrew F. He informed me that my phone was out of warranty, and I agreed to pay $262.08 for the repair, expecting it to be completed the same day. After waiting the estimated three hours, I returned to pick up my phone. Andrew handed it back to me without checking if it was fully functional. Later, I noticed that my SIM card had not been put back into my phone. Additionally, I observed multiple dents around the screen, as if a small tool had been used to pry it open. These dents were not present before the repair. When I brought my concerns to Andrew's attention, he simply told the technician to "do their job right" and then dismissed my claim by stating that the damage was already there. His attitude toward the situation was unprofessional and dismissive, which left me very disappointed. I would like to speak with a manager regarding this matter, as I believe the repair was poorly done and resulted in further damage to my phone. I expect a resolution to this issue, whether that means a proper repair or compensation for the damages. This was honestly my first time using my AT&T insurance. They sent me here. I'm not going to lie I was stressed out at how this would work. I went there and completed the claim online while in the store. They received the claim immediately and the tech knew what was wrong before even opening the phone. It was already 5:30pm and he told me to come back in about an hour. I came back in an hour and my phone was done within the next 10 minutes. They didn't have to help me out like they did but I was grateful they turned the repair around quickly. I had nothing but a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them. Just had my daughter's phone repaired here through Google's warranty. I was a little hesitant on using this place as I like to go directly to the source for issues. They definitely exceeded my expectations! What would have taken at least 7 business days to ship the phone to Google, took just over 2 hours. I have the phone and it is working again. I brought my Dell computer tower to uBreakiFix in July after a power outage caused some problems. When I brought it in the employee told me if I pay $25 in advance the most it would cost is $130 so I said yes. They weren't able to fix the computer, so I thought that was it. It turns out that they started charging me $24.99 a month for the next two months then increased it to $29.99 a month since then. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until this month when I was trying to find a purchase in my banking. I was told nothing about recurring payments or that I had a plan through them. No emails or texts. I went to the store and told my story to another employee that just wrote down a phone number and told me to call it. He also said that they fired an employee a few months ago for this very reason. I called the number and they seemed to be very understanding and said they would send a refund. I just found my refund. They refunded only $26.12. Unacceptable. They overcharged me $229.92 over nine months. I wouldn't trust these guys with my electronics ever again. This is ongoing so I may drop another review if they make it right. read more

So walked into this business was assisted immediately but was worried . How much is this gonna cost me??? How long is this gonna take???? NO CHARGE!! He let me know it works be about 1 1/2 hours We came back and waited no more than 5 minutes.. he explained that they cleaned the inside of my phone and replaced the battery as well yayyy. The workers at this store are really helpful and have great people skills. Kyrie and Mark helped me out today with my shattered phone screen and LED turning black at the cracks. I was so stressed out about my phone. They were able to replace my screen within a quick time frame. They made the process so easy for me. Now my phone looks good as new! I am not good at navigating through my phone and I'm not good with technology. I had to do a few things to my phone before they were able to get started on the screen replacement. I went in to have glass replaced on phone - claim was opened for that. Was told I needed a new battery and that requires a new claim. For over 2 hours the uBreak staff and I tried to get a claim opened. When I had been there for 4 hours I asked them to put in a new battery - I would pay for it and follow up with Asurion to be reimbursed. Got my phone back after 5 hours and it was working. The next day I called Asuion to try to get reimbursed. They ended up linking in AT&T on the call. Bottom line - reimbursement denied because I had the battery replaced before the claims was opened. I was less than satisfied with my laptop repair. When I brought the laptop in, I explained the problem that It would start up but died in less than 5 minutes, even when plugged in. When I picked up the repaired computer, I charged it for over 8 hours, then unplugged it, but It would not hold a charge for more than 10 minutes. At least it does work when it's always plugged in! I called and spoke to Erica and she looked at the work order and said that the computer had corrosion and needed a new motherboard. Why wasn't I told this before? I was told before the repair was made that the laptop only needed a battery! Also, no one is there to pick up the phone during office hours. I was on hold for over half an hour several times over a two day period. i finally reached Erica around 1 pm today. I told her I could not get through the lines and she had no response. She might be a good technician, but she has absolutely no customer service skills! I let her know this is an unacceptable answer, for not answering! There is a year warranty on the repair but I'm sure it's going to be a different problem and they will charge accordingly! I am not satisfied with the service I received and will not be using Asurion in the future. read more

I submitted the request to have my phone repaired on Sunday the 16th, because the screen broke and I could not use it. The repair options were to drive to one of two UBreakIFix locations that were over an hour away or have someone come to my home to fix the phone on Thursday the 20th between 9 - 11 am, so I scheduled the home repair option. I waited all morning Thursday, and once it was early afternoon I checked the status of the repair online and it said "complete." I used my husband's phone to call UBreakIFix, who was supposed to send out the repair person, and spoke with Armani. Armani told me that they canceled the appointment because they didn't have the part. Asurion/UBreakIFix had offered the repair timeslot and had DAYS, while I was without a phone, to get the parts, but somehow they didn't and ALSO did not even have the decency to email or call me about canceling - they just didn't show up. They told me it would take another week to get the part. It was totally unprofessional and left me without a phone even longer and trying to figure out what to do next. I called Asurion, and they offered to send me a replacement phone overnight, but it was an old refurbished model and the pits, so I returned that. On Friday afternoon, Armani called me to say they got the parts to repair the phone, but I would have to take the phone to them to fix it; that they couldn't send someone. The entire reason I waited a week and didn't take the phone somewhere locally for repair was because I didn't have time and also didn't want to drive over an hour away to drop off my phone for repair. Luckily, my husband ended up taking the phone to Armani / UBreakIFix for me in the thick of rush-hour traffic and the screen got fixed so I could use the phone again. The phone is working again so the repair seems to have been well done, but I can't believe I was charged for this repair after all the nonsense Asurion and UBreakIFix put me through. Totally unprofessional and not worth it when you have to wait a week AND jump through hoops to get your phone fixed. After all that I should have just gotten a new phone. In the future I definitely won't use UBreakIFix in Antioch and I'll probably skip the Asurion phone insurance too (I'll save that money just to get a new phone or same-day repair nearby). read more

They must had a binder full of paper work they need to fill out because I don't understand why 20 minutes wouldn't be enough for them to do that so I can drop off my laptop for repair. Worst tech experience. Made an appointment for 10am on Friday. At drop off I talked to an employee. I was told that a diagnostic would be done today, Friday, & a call today. Then an estimated 3-5 days to repair. No Call Fri. I called them. No status update but would call back on Sat. No call, Sat Morning. I called again, no status update, the tech said at 4:00 pm they would have an update. No call, I called again at 5:00 pm on Sat. They said I think we just started diagnosing it, but didn't know much. No Status update. Finally, A tech called me and said that they weren't going to finish the diagnostic today, they would know by Monday. I ask for my computer back today because that was not what I was told. They said they couldn't give me my computer back until monday. A manager refused to return my computer as well until Monday. I had to pick it up Monday. No communication. No Status updates. No call backs. Did not honor the timeline. Misinformation. I wasted my time 2 hours. And No diagnostic was done after all that. Scam artist!!! Went in there to get my ps3 fixed, was told to pay upfront. Told me STRAIGHT TO MY FACE that even if we're not able to fix it we can refund you. I was like cool no problem. 4 weeks go by and I get a call back from them saying they couldn't fix it for whatever reason and I was like ok that's fine so can you guys refund me my money? Then he switches up and says no we can't do that it was agreed on a note that they're no refunds, LIKE OUT OF THE BLUE!!! Went there today to replace a broken screen for an Iphone SE. Expected them to have to order the screen and for me to come back in a week, but they had it in stock and replaced the screen in 45 minutes. Outstanding service and on a Saturday! This despite the store having been broken into and stripped of anything of value only a few days before. At my visit staff were there to help and delivered on excellent customer service. If you want to wait in line, pay a fortune, get bad customer service, and have substandard parts installed - then don't come here. Highly recommended. read more

I was referred to the Lone Tree location for a screen repair on my Iphone. I followed the instructions I was provided, turn off password, disable face recognition, etc. My phone was done in about an hour. I was handed my phone and told to check it out. Looked great. When I was handed the phone it was open, I checked a few things out, thanked the gentleman that helped me and I left. I get home and try to open the phone and it prompts me for a password (it was previously disabled) I punch in my password and it's wrong. I hadn't yet even enabled the password so where did the password come from because the pw I'm using is wrong. I end up getting locked out. I called the store and the guy says he can reset it to factory settings. I callled ATT who advised Iphones don't willy nilly throw a password on and someone at the store would have had to put one on . I had to drive back to the store and had them reset the phone. Huge inconvenience. I spoke with ATT and they are crediting my account for the $50 deductible! read more

First the good. Fast service and repairs. Quality work. Now the rest, and it ain't good. When I drop off an expensive device, I expect a receipt. You drop off your laundry, your cleaning, your car, you get a receipt. But drop off your phone or laptop here, you don't get squat. Business 101, this ain't rocket science folks. When I hand over my property I expect a receipt. The gentlemans response? "We don't do that". Nice guy but unacceptable answer. To his credit he disappeared into the back and came back 5 minutes later (!) with a sticker w name, device, and a bar code. Still no receipt, but its something. When I arrive to pick it up, the same "nice guy" wanted the passcode for my phone, says they have to calibrate it. NOPE, not happening. I tell him I'll unlock the phone and they can calibrate it in front of me. He says no they can't do that. The only thing that works for him is to take my phone and passcode and disappear for 20 minutes. You can't be serious. I'm replacing the screen and the phone is now working. I tell him I'll just pay him and take the phone and waive the calibration. Now he tells me ITS SAMSUNG POLICY THAT WE CAN'T GIVE YOU YOUR PHONE BACK UNTIL ITS CALIBRATED. WTAF??? I start laughing and tell him first of all thats BS, and second it's illegal. I'm paying for my phone and waiving any claim due to "calibration". He says sorry, too bad. Then he has the gall to tell me "HEY, YOU CAME TO US!" Yes I did, but I certainly won't be making that mistake twice. I ask him if I should call a cop to get my phone back, he says "go ahead". I would be laughing if I weren't so pissed. Then a young lady comes out, I explain it to her, she says "let me ask my manager". Comes back a minute later and rings me up and hands me my phone. Nobody likes a know-it-all. When I asked for the manager, there was no manager there. Hmmm. Recommendations for the business that doesn't understand how to run a business: give your customers a receipt when they drop off their gear. You are taking possession of peoples personal information and data so make sure your "policies" are clearly stated on the back, including passcodes, data backups, etc. for certain types of repairs. That way its in writing, instead of leaving it to some holier-than-thou punk at the front desk thinking he's the all-knowing God of mobile devices.  Thank you for the quality repair. This place is terrible run far away from this place so two months ago my screen was cracked I went an got a screen replacement then after I went to pick up the phone the very next day I took the phone back because it wouldn't charge so they replaced the battery for a second time still haven't troubles with the device now I have been out of a phone for a couple months now because one it doesn't charge and the airplane mode doesn't turn off and I never had that problem prior but I should have listen to my phone company when they was telling me about other people horrible experience from this location's When you go back and they clearly don't know how to fix it all their going to say it's a defective in your phone instead of taking the blame because my phone was working just fine with a cracked screen before taking it their. My thing is do right by your customers and fix the problem you shouldn't ever take on a project if you don't have a clue on what your doing As a company who's suppose to Specialize In phone repair once you seen or noticed a bigger problem you should of contacted the customer and let them know what exactly what was going on And then from there gave them the option to see rather or not if they still want their screen repaired because no one have the time or money to just waste I spent almost $500 and my phone still doesn't work And you guys can't say you didn't know because when you do the test calls to make sure everything is back working you would have seen that the phone isn't taking or receiving calls I will definitely be reporting this business read more

I'm not sure how to start...honestly It has taken a few weeks to finally write this. I came here back in October of 2022 to get my broken computer screen fixed (its was cracked). They fixed it within 2 weeks, called me to pick it up. Brought it home...screen is black (can't see anything) but clearly you can see the light is on. So we take it back, they have it for a day to adjust some wires. Calls me the next day and its working fine. For about 3 weeks the screen is working but all of a sudden the screen goes black again. I was aware of their "policy" in that I have one full year to bring it back if something goes wrong with the repair or part that they ordered. So I go to take it back...the shop is closed! no signs as to why, just closed. For over a month I made calls to figure out what is going on and where I can take my computer to get it fixed. I wanted to use the company because the fix falls into their policy of repair. Finally I was able to speak to costumer service and found out they are going under new management and will open up very soon. So I wanted a week. I called one day and some picked up, they said to bring it in no problem. We take it in, I explain the situation and bring it receipts to prove that I had it repaired there. They take it in, but wasn't given a receipt. We asked for one but were told that they don't give receipts. That's bs! The management before would give us a receipt, how is it so different now? They finally gave is a little 1x2 sticker with our name and claimed that was good enough. I also want to mention that they were able to look up my account and see that I was there before. Now, about two days later we go back (they didn't call us but my husband was nervous about leaving our computer the way we did without a receipt and workers that didn't have uniforms) and they tell us they can't fix it! What do you mean? This place has fixed it before? "we can't find the part online" Umm order it from the same place they got it last time. "sorry we can't fix it" So we ask to speak to a manger. He's not in today. The amount of headache this place gave us is crazy! To keep it short, we were told to call the corporate office to get paid out for our computer. LET ME SAVE YOU FROM A WORLD OF HEADACHES! THE RESOLUTION DEPARTMENT PLAYS GAMES! They do not take it serious! In fact, I thought it was to good to be true! I was finally able to talk to KIAOMI RIVERA on the phone to find a solution, was told that they are sending us a check for the computer (for what is goes for currently online) GREAT! We were happy. BUT NO! it took almost 2 months to get a check! I would call her and she would NOT answer! The only time she would pick up is when we called her on a blocked number. I would email her and she NEVER RESPONED AFTER WE SPOKE THE FIRST TIME! The company is super unprofessional! Honestly it made us feel like we were getting scammed! MIND YOU, WE PAID $500 OUT OF POCKET TO GET THE SCREEN FIXED THE FIRST TIME. WE PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NOT GIVEN...SO YOU CAN IMAGINE THE STRESS WE WENT THROUGH TO GET SOMETHING DONE AND IT WAS TAKING SO LONG IT DID NOT HELP ON TOP OF IT NOT GETTING ANSWERS. A check that was supposedly mailed to us was actually sent to the wrong address! (they claimed we were given the wrong tracking number) I would call and email to ask for a tracking number but like I mentioned, no response! IT TOOK MY HUSBAND CALLING HER AND BEING VERY FIRM WITH HER IN ORDER FOR HER MANAGER TO CALL US AND SAY THAT THEY SENT US A CHECK OVER NIGHT SHIPPING!!! (After claiming they don't overnight ship) I just want to add, they do not consider the fact that you paid out of pocket for fixing your product in the first place. The check that they gave us did not cover that part. Which I think it should have been refunded honestly! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE! I really left out so much details in order for this to be short. The way this place handles situations like this is a joke! I've been telling everyone to stay away from this company. If I lived closer I would honestly stop in just to say hi. This business has excellent customer service, A+ communication, and does such a top-notch job. That is so hard to find! Trying to get my phone fixed at other places was becoming a nightmare I'm taking up so much of my time.
