They were incredibly helpful in walking me through the details and getting everything sorted at the start. The work they did on the pool was also high quality, and I'm very happy with the results of the service itself. ​The Cons: I'm knocking off one star due to some communication and paperwork delays. There were issues getting the waiver paperwork sent over, and it took longer than expected to receive the final invoice. I was also told I would receive a referral for a repair contractor but never heard back on that front. ​Overall, they do great work and the first impression was excellent--if the back-office follow-through were a bit faster, it would be a five-star experience!

He offered a nice discount due to my being disabled on a fixed income. He and his sons Memo jr and Maciel did a wonderful job. My pool is immaculate. During the service, Memo Jr found two areas that were leaking water. I was having to fill the pool almost every other day. It turns out the automatic water fill had roots in it, indicating a broken pipe. I was able to put a plug in that outlet. Also found a leak in the pool where the tile is, and I was able to repair it myself. The pump has been running for two days now and I havent lost a drop. Memo even said one of my fence posts was broken and would fail at any time, and told me how to do a quick fix. I can recommend Memo and sons 110%.

Tom came out the next day and installed an updated subpanel with Siemens GFCI breakers along with the new pump. He's such a friendly guy and explained everything. He helped me setup the Pentair Pool App and programmed the pump run times. He also gave me many tips to help with efficiency and keeping the pool stabilized and clear for all of the seasons. This is now my go to place for all of my pool needs. Great customer service and support.
