He explained to me step by step what he was doing as I was asking him questions about what he was doing. He didn't stop working as I was asking questions. He talked about the importance of having your AC and Furnace maintenance and checkup yearly. I was educated about my furnace and importance of changing the Air filter. I feel like I know my furnace like I know my car now. Every technician over the years that came out to maintenance my AC and Furnace were all well trained, trustworthy and professionals. Seems like every time I need a technician to come out, there is always a lack of communication. I…read morerequested a morning appointment and thankfully I called to confirm my appointment and sure enough they had me scheduled for an afternoon appointment. I made sure they changed it to morning. Also, I made sure to remind them that I do not have access to a hose or pressurized water source and they said that they had it in the notes. The tech showed up today and said no one told him there was no pressurized water source at my home and he would do his best to clean it by hand. It is unfair that I am asked to pay full price for service that won't be done the right way. I called and let them know the tech was unaware and the woman that answered the phone said it was in the notes and they were not sure why the tech was not informed. I asked for a discount and was just told a manager would get back to me. Very disappointed once again. Do better, guys.
