Joe and Nate were very receptive and did a little research with the original equipment manufacturer. They discovered that there was a upgrade to a part in the insert that we had installed. However, due to this company being in Canada and Covid, the part did not ship as expected and seemed to be delayed at every turn. JCS decided the best course of action was to install a completely new insert for us. This was above and beyond, but we appreciate the excellent service commitment that they provided.
