I thought the first service attendant was pretty rude. No instructions at all just basically took my money and advised me to move forward. The second guy I came in contact with said something through my window and when I rolled it down to chat with him he was singing rap music. I like rap music and all but he couldn't sing. The wash did not do a good job either. I paid 20 dollars and my car had hard water stains all over it. Not really worth the money at all. read more

I paid for a Super Kiss Plus plan and come to find out that Delta Sonic has been doing a basic wash on my car all winter. The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage read more

This is the Delta closest to my house so it's always been my favorite spot for gas and car wash. When they announced the remodel, I was excited to get back and get my car detailed. It's been a long winter with a lot of mud and snow in the car. So when I got the coupon sent to my texts today, I figured it was a good chance to check it out. This new space is gorgeous. From the convenience store, waiting area for detailing, and the whole new overall look, it's very clean and new. It's also very busy rightfully so. I had my car washed and detailed. The process was quick, easy, and the staff was so friendly. Since I had the great value of the one day coupon they sent, I added a couple extra things to clean up the car. For $200, I expected a thorough job, but it looks like all they did was spray the car down from the inside without any actual cleaning. There are visible spray marks under the windshield, and many areas were clearly missed--dirt is still lingering in spots that should have been wiped down. It honestly seems like the worker didn't use anything to wipe down the interior at all! Today I was driven to finally write a review after 25 years of being a customer (or longer) because Alex in the service shop was so thorough with his service. He was knowledgeable and showed me my interior filter for the first time ever. I didn't know there was one inside the car under the glovebox. I also appreciate the complimentary top of of fluids with my oil change. Bri in the detail shop also gave me honest advice about my interior clean which I appreciated. Plus the new upgrades to the customer wait area gives a modern and upscale feel. Kudos to Delta Sonic...lastly I love the business practice of employing youth at a competitive rate. A newbie Marissa took good care of me in the detail shop after my car ran through the line. I come to this Delta Sonic when I'm in the area. It has an easy Dunkin inside and the pumps are also easy access. Usually the car wash line isn't as long as the one on Delaware, and it doesn't go into the street, which I find very dangerous. I just wanted to write a review about my awesome experience with the mechanical department. I brought my daughter's car in about two months ago to get inspected. The mechanic took my car to inspect it, and after a little while, told me that the car needed some work to pass inspection. His inspection was accurate. I told him I would get the work done with my local mechanic and I would be back to have the car inspected. When I came back to have the car inspected after I made the repairs, while I was waiting outside, the garage in line to be seen, my car was idling for about 20 minutes. All of a sudden my car installed and would not restart. I was so embarrassed. The manager, Chad, came out to assist me. He ended up testing the battery and the battery was good. It turns out I need an alternator. Chad charged my battery for me. Then he went inside and gave me an estimate for a new alternator. Again, I chose to have my local mechanic work on the car for me, but I was very impressed with the way Delta sonic handled my car stalling on their property. Chad was great. He was very helpful and patient. Charging my battery for me was above and beyond. And then he also told me that if I wanted to, I could park the car on the Delta sonic property and have the work done the following day if I needed to consult with my daughter about the repairs, since it was her car. They don't use conventional oil. At least the manager would not give me the option. Cost $100. Monroe is only $45. For a couple years, my buddy and I have been going to the Delta Sonic on Transit Rd. in Lancaster. We have been treated greatly there, and they have kind and professional staff and management led by manager Courtney. But we decided to try out the newly remodeled location off Walden and Union. After the car wash, we wanted to check out the detail shop. Well, the line of cars was very long that day and I waited about 15 minutes before deciding to pull out and leave. My buddy urged me to drive back and get back in line. So I did, and after 10 seconds, they immediately helped us and apologized to us for the wait. The woman who helped us happened to be the detail manager Lexus, who is very relatable and professional, and keeps the detail shop on schedule, as well as makes sure that every detail is taken care of. Unlike the Lancaster location, which has a coffee machine and a sub shop, this location has a Dunkin' Donuts and has more open space. I also prefer the design of the Walden gas station, as it creates less commotion and potential for conflict than the one off Transit Rd in Lancaster. With the unlimited membership, I pay under $3 for each gallon of gas, which I like even though I'm now paying nearly $70 a month for unlimited wash and interior cleans. But I treat my car like my office space, and it is important to keep it clean both inside and out, and I'm grateful that Lexus and co. are happy to help out every time. read more

I'm happy at all with service I went to change the oil on my Acura TL 2011 Asked only for oil change and I mentioned that I don't wanna change the air filter. They toke off my air filter to ask me to change it and I said thank you I'll take care of it, it toke them around 15 minutes trying to put it back Screw and unscrew and flip the air filter then screw and unscrew again, they really don't know what they doing and after I went out I stoped to look under the hood and there's oil drips all over the engine bay on the alternator and the electric connections I was so Furious and pissed off I tried to clean As much as I can so it harm the car. Took vehicle for Super Kiss Plus, sonic wax and interior cleaning. Car came out with dirt in spots and dried bird poop. Drivers front floor mat was not much better than when vehicle went in. Mud was caked on mat and near and on gas and brake pedals. Cleaned that myself. Not real impressed!! Won't spend the money on that again. read more

Nothing can ever beat a car getting a true hand wash treatment. But who really has time for that? Delta Sonic is all about convenience, and this Walden location is great for me. I suggest you get the unlimited washes as well as the unlimited car detail. Be mindful though, if you go to many times in a month, they up charge your bill a few dollars. They never told me at first, until I seen my monthly bill increased by $2-5. So I go at least twice a week now. The location is clean and orderly, the only complaint I have is that Subway smells all through out the building. If you ever been to a Subway, you know that smell. Also, I think the a/c is a little to cold for me. But then again, I like hot weather. read more

Well I gave it another try. All the other delta Sonics see to better but the one on Walden in Cheektowaga there is alway a redo. I ask them to concentrate on my mats. I was told if I really want them clean I would have to pay for extra. Is that not include in the interior? Why do I have to speak to a manager? Should it be done right then first time? This is my main go-to for car washes because they do the interior. Exterior wash system seems pretty good - state of the art. And then you line up your car to go into another assembly line where the car gets cleaned out. My only peeve is that for newcomers, it's not quite clear where to drive to. And the members versus newbies merge line is almost Mad Max hostile. Otherwise, staff is always friendly, very smooth at suggesting upsells. The staff is always professional, courteous, they do try to up-sell but they don't suggest anything that you wouldn't need. If you say no thanks they leave it alone, they don't try and sell you on something you don't want or need. I recently brought my car to this Delta Sonic for inspection. Inspection is always first-come first-serve at Delta Sonic, which can currently be tricky, with waiting during pandemic times. But I was allowed to drop off, which is the best option if you have a ride home. I kept all my appendages crossed that my trusty old family truck'ster would pass inspection, as we recently did some work on it to get it up to snuff. But nope, the rear tires needed to be replaced. I asked what tires they had in stock in the shop, and they originally quoted me $120 a tire, which was a big nope for my price range. I was going to just go back to get my car and bring it over to Mavis for tires. But he said he could call around to other shops, and maybe do better. They ended up finding $80 a piece tires, which is still a bit more than Mavis, but for the convenience of just getting the inspection done, I went with it. The tires were delivered from another location within a couple hours, and my car was ready later that afternoon. The inspection, two tires, and an oil change ran me just over $300. The shop guys were very friendly, the work was quality, and I appreciate that they did help me bring the cost down on tires. So I have my new blue sticker! If you need an inspection and/or an oil change, this Delta Sonic location is a fair, reliable option. read more

Full of bad experiences. The car was is not worth the money and the wipe down is pointless when they don't use clean rags. I also lost a wiper blade in the back due to the wash on my car a while back. The one worker was extremely rude and gave attitude when I was pulling into the wash. The workers inside can be rude, the one time they were talking about wrapping papers with their friends while the line was to the door. The only saving grace is the cheap gas prices. read more

If there was ever a award for worst business in Buffalo plus biggest rip off in Buffalo it is all the Delta Sonic locations. Sadly because they are almost the only game in town for vehicle details you are stuck with their shoddy half assed attempt at cleaning your car. Can they vacuum- well I guess they can. Can they wash the car - well only if you want soap residue and leaves still stuck in the trunck and missed spots all over. Will they hire children and have no real managers around to look at the quality- yes they will do that. What they really cant do is clean the inside of a vehicle for the exorbitant amount of money they suck from you. I showed the attendant (because they ask) all the OBVIOUS spots I needed cleaned inside. She's not even listening because she has 15 scenarios she has to spit out about what else you should be ripped off by - I mean buy. How hard is it to wipe 5 spots off leather? The young man who actually serviced the car kept apologizing- blaming her - and seemed like this was business as usual. he did clean it - while I watched, hovered and guided him. I have had this service (or whatever you call it) at least 15 times in the last 10 years. I know I should call Joe Kennedy or Buffalo Care Care- and I will- this was my last gift certificate and my last time there. Never again! Even though the staff were extremely friendly, the detail and carpet/upholstery cleaning of my car was horrible! The carpets were left EXTREMELY wet and took so long to dry that there is a sour smell in my car now. The seats are very spotty now and have a chalky film left on them. The windows were so streaky, it looked like they used a dirty cloth to clean them. I had to actually go over them again the next day because of lack of visibility after some fog. And to top it off....someone stole my Tim Hortons gift card I had in my door. Horrible job! I dont recommend this location at all. I hope there staff is retrained soon. read more
