This place washers my car and my dishes, leave em right in the back of my rig and we head on through, comes out slippery so don't go eatin hunts joe mix like I do unless your an experience seeker. Usually I pick up a couple mason jars of the soap too on my ride through, cuz I'm gettin my 20 dollars worth a wash. I visit this location of Delta Sonic every few weeks. During a resent visit I left feeling like My car did not receive the service I paid for. I followed up with Delta Sonic regarding my experience and the supervisor, Eric, promptly reached out to me. We discussed my concerns and he offered to address my concerns. I returned to review the concerns with a Eric in person, he went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of, exceeding my expectations. I've been to this Delta Sonic 6 times. In Vegas, an interior cleaning was about the same price though the job was done much better. I've noticed in the short amount of times that the service seems to be inching in the positive direction. Today Sean spent an ample amount of time (the most detail I've seen this far) cleaning the car, and making sure the car was near spotless. So, thanks Sean! I hope to see more employees take their time instead of doing a quick run through with a rag. read more

Had the 10 minute truck cleaning basically my two-year-old kid could have did a better job. I've been a unlimited member for years now. Manager was apologetic then just came out and wiped it down for two seconds. It's not the Delta sonic I know. The mats weren't even cleaned. Very disappointed for $20 read more

Was waiting at a vacuum and no attendants around for vacuum, sat in one spot car comes from sitting down there other side of vacuums near car wash area and comes down and takes my spot cuts me off , I got very angry and cancelled my membership will never go back to delta sonic , I get charged $20 a month automatically out my checking account , TO only get 3-5 wash's in 10months not worth it my car is rotting from the washes the washes u either have to wait a hour or two or turn around , I turn around always busy , and I get charged $20 a month for 2-3 washes for 10 months and no access to vacuums always get robbed by delta sonic and other members a good experience waited 20 mins for this spot to be done was taken by a car just going around looking on other side read more

Extremely disappointed with their interior cleaning! I washed first and I was told that they will dry it with my interior cleaning. They "clean" the inside and never wipe the outside; further more the k side was still filthy! The glass was very streaky, the vacuuming was subpar, and dash dusty! I got charged extra because I have a three tow SUV, BUT the 3rd row was NEVER touched! Don't F'n scam me I work too hard for my money! Save your money and use them for their free vacuum and save your $20 for the interior. read more

I hate yelp, because it is so negative, but the fast lane here is an absolute nightmare, wth no fix over the last 2 years. They need a true fast lane that is monitored from idiots who slow everything down by not having fast pass. read more

Went today with my husband to get a car wash, they had one lane open that wasn't a super saver line, we were waiting about 15 minutes and suddenly a truck comes up to the non open like, and waited. We saw "mike" the wash "manager" tell him the lane wasn't opened but then got him a ticket anyhow and let him go ahead of everyone. After that it caused the car behind us to pull into that lane too, still closed. Mike let him go too. When we got up there my husband complained and asked the attendant why everyone else had to wait their time and he let those people in through a closed line, she apologized said she'd be mad too, gave us a dollar off, then comes in "mike" with raging attitude and mouth and complete and total unprofessionalism. We told him we were going to complain he said we had to at corporate, and gave attitude with that too. This short unprofessional mike character shouldn't be managing anything. He lacks to understand what customer service is and not to yell or get nasty with paying customers. read more

Jay who works in the car wash/drying area is top notch! His positive attitude and attention to detail are second to none. Delta Sonic has it's good and bad days just like any business. I have been a member since the Fairmount location opened. I have given them a lot of my money. The staff works very very hard but have a nice attitude about the customers. I plan on keeping my unlimited membership going and returning as much as I can.. BTW I do not live real close I am 18 miles from the location and visit as often as i can but some times it is only 3 times a month. I still find Delta Sonic to be a great value. read more

Went through the normal car wash with brushes after one of our normal 3 feet in 3 days snow storms and ended up with a scratch from one end of my vehicle to the other. Went through the "claims" process and waited three weeks just to get a letter saying they were denying my claim. I called to ask why and got the absolute rudest individual with no customer service experience at all. I was told the damage was obviously previously done and i was told in an extremely rude way, "I don't know why you would even make a claim..". Now I work in the customer service industry and i can understand if this was perhaps previous damage but I don't deserve to get talked down to over the phone because I was simply asking why. This experience has made me not want to ever visit delta sonic again because I definitely don't want to support a company that cant properly train there employees on how to handle a dispute.. read more

This review is for the interior cleaning ONLY. I got the "Superior Interior". I was extremely disappointed that there was dust everywhere still, nor did my car feel that much cleaner. It honestly felt like I paid $30 for a quick vacuum and a cheap air freshener. Won't be bringing my car back for an interior cleaning again. Doesn't feel like much effort was put into cleaning my car at all. read more

They do a great job scratching the crap out of your paint. Brand new truck, had it for less than 2 months. Signed up for their unlimited plan and apparently they don't know how to use clean soft rags to dry you car off with because there are scratches ALL OVER my truck now... Awesome. If you have a car that you care anything about DO NOT let them wash it. read more

Detail was great EXCEPT that certain components of the vehicle were either missing or blew off after I left there.. Dano sez HE didn't do it.. [under further inspection, looking at what is usually hidden underneath the cover, the brackets that the screws go through to secure it were broken and the screws pulled out of the cover and it appears cover was just "placed" back over the whole in the roof] but it remains that the vehicle was WHOLE when it was brought in and after a great job of detailing [he did do a great job... but!] on my way from there, SOMEHOW, the antenna cover BLEW off? Well, THAT was something new! Also, on closer inspection, a cap that covered the bolt holding down the roof garnish was also missing.. Neither of these two things had ever "just" blew off or came up missing BEFORE I brought it in to be detailed. After confronting said detailer, he claims no knowledge of anything happing to vehicle while in his care.. REALLY! So where, in the past I have been very satisfied with the detailing at this location, I no longer will use this detail service. They MOSTLY do a good job there, but this time, I am extremely disappointed with them and the detailer in particular. Proceed with caution and if you get a detail at Fairmount, please check over your vehicle THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU TAKE IT OUT OF THERE. including making sure that certain parts of the vehicle won't disappear as you drive away.
