I cannot begin to tell you about the team(s) at this company especially Sean's detail team and member Anthony at the Empire Blvd location. They treated me and my very special car today far beyond my expectations. This 2012 car is now just like it came off the showroom floor again some four years ago. Sparkling, scratches removed, 6 month wax applied, interior cleaned, leather conditioned, crevices cleaned, tires dressed you name it. All of this in 90 minutes while I waited for a very reasonable price. Hats off to you all and thank you. Went to Delta Sonic on Empire Blvd. in Webster for a car wash and then I decided to get my car cleaned inside. I met Brian who was very helpful and went over all my options and assured me that my car would be back looking like it should be. The only place I get my oil changed because the guys are professional, quick, and they keep me up on where I am with fluid changes, etc. Also, the prices for various maintenance services are reasonable as compared to other other facilities in the area. The car wash itself was fine. But the customer service was terrible. Guy in front of the wash has a serious attitude problem. It my first time in a long time going and i will probably will never go there again and i will tell others not go there as well. Treat customers well by having a positive attitude and not like crap. When to Delta Sonic Webster location for a oil change and has an excellent experience. Cam, Ray, and Jay where very sweet and helpful. Explained everything and worked quickly. My only compliance was that it was difficult to figure out where to go because the signs where not very clear but the service was very good. read more

Got some great service at Delta Sonic for my oil change and interior cleaning. Nate and Hugo were friendly and very helpful. Not pushy at all with the suggestions...I knew I needed a new air filter anyway and the price wasn't horrible compared to the other local stores. It saved me a trip for a few extra bucks. read more
