One time, I got my car washed here and it looked like a three-year-old did it. Streaky, covered in residue, dirty windows. AND the man misdirected my car onto the guides and scraped up the bottom of my car. Called and spoke to a manager who told me to come back and they would re-do it. I didn't take him up on this as it wasn't worth the possible frustration (and mucked up underbody). BUT...just the other day, I went there for a full detail (why did I go back?, you ask? It's super convenient and there aren't that many detail shops nearby. Four-year-olds and two large dogs had gotten the better of my car and I was at my wit's end. Desperation took over.) They did an AMAZING job. Literally not a spot was missed on my interior. It looks like a brand new car, I really wish I had taken some before and after photos. The dog fur is almost completely gone, melted candy from aforementioned children is gone... it's a miracle. Aside from the young man who may or may not have been trying to imply that my tip was insufficient for the number of employees working on my ca (it was a perfectly generous tip, for what it's worth), this visit was perfect. Took my car there for detailing in Sept. 2014 and they never put my mats back where they should go and when I got home I realized they were hiding under them the umbrella they broke in the process of cleaning my car. Be careful leaving anything in your car while you are getting your car cleaned and make sure you inspect it well after you leave. Lesson learned but needless to say I will never go back there again. read more

I brought my (almost brand new) Ford Escape into Delta Sonic hoping for a miracle. As most of you already know - I have a hairy golden retriever that caused havoc on my car. I tried to clean it myself but her hair stuck to the backseat floor like Velcro! I took it to Delta Sonic yesterday hoping for a miracle and I got one. They cleaned my car in 30 minutes and honest to god it looks brand new again. For $60.00 it was well worth the trip. Thank you to the team there - and all three vacuums that I saw you use - for relieving my allergies of my dogs happy shedding! They were attentive and the gentleman who cleaned my car received a healthy tip. Thank you - I plan to stop back every month to give my car the TLC it deserves. Great job. read more

Most of the staff have excellent knowledge of the services I get my oils changes here, buy my tires here for a decent deal let me add, they also fix little minor wear and tear things. Oilchange and state inspection lanes at Webster poorly organized and slow. Cars backed up on a Saturday morning at 8am and one person running two lanes. Took about 45 min for 1 car to complete across both lanes. The car detail line was well run and proceeding at a good pace. Even the personnel running the detail line seems engaged and were hustling. Well staffed. Wish I could say the same for the oil change and state inspection line. Will not go back. read more

Being an unlimited car wash holder, I went to get my car washed today as well as the inside interior and shampooing done. I was extremely disappointed. They never dried my car so the outside and windows are all water spotted. The shampooing was done well but the interior was semi done. I asked the person if they vacuumed the trunk and they said they did. I had my hands full so I believed him and never checked. When I got home I opened the trunk and it was never vacuumed. Got an awesome cleaning today! Special promotion for a 10- minute interior cleaning plus salt extraction. Only drawback is the wait when it's nice out because EVERYBODY is getting their cars cleaned. Even so, both the exterior wash and the subsequent interior cleaning moved along fairly quickly. Overall, this was a great value and well worth the price. I want to give a specific shout out to Max, the guy personally responsible for ensuring I was completely satisfied with the team's work. Winters in New York can totally wreck the carpet in your footwells and the floor mats. Max ensured that every speck of salt was completely gone and left my vehicle feeling like it was brand new again. I paid $200.00 to have my Cadillac STS detailed. When I got the car back I opened the door and it looked great at first. Then I looked into it further they did not take care of my car at all. When I told them something needed to be cleaned they told me it wouldn't come off. So I paid $250.00 and took it to a privately owned detail shop everything they said that soundly come out came out. I will never use delta sonics detail shop again. There car wash is great but there detail shop is. NIGHTMARE !! read more

And after the automated wash cycle was over. The stupid kids they hired could not be bothered to acknowledge me or dry my car off. They were more interested in chatting amongst each other. Has a funny way of going in. Too much curves. Its big but the one in Henrietta is better for me. The car wash entrance is little and not spacious. Delta sonic should do more car washes around. I am not a big fan of this location but at least I washed my car lol. read more

I like it over all. It's makes it very easy to keep clean and year round. I joined the unlimited plan for the interior and exterior. HOWEVER to get your interior cleaned takes forever!!! If you're lucky and there are only a few cars ahead of you, you're looking at waiting in line for maybe 10-15 mins for them to come to your car and talk to you. If it's a busy day, like a day during the weekend, you could be sitting in line JUST FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND TALK TO YOU ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT DONE for 20+ mins. Then it's about 20+ mins to actually have it done. So if you plan to have your interior done, give yourself plenty of time. read more

I must commend the Delta Sonic Team (including their Corporate Office) on their response from a negative experience I had yesterday. I heard back shortly after I posted my review from the Corporate Office. This morning I received a phone call from the manager of the Delta Sonic that I went to regarding my experience. He had read my review on Yelp and spoke with other employees at the Delta Sonic before calling me. John was very gracious and apologetic regarding the situation. Even though my experience yesterday was not a good one - the way it was handled afterwards by various Delta Sonic team members was outstanding. We all experience bumps in the road when dealing with people and service. But how we are treated after expressing our concerns, is what makes Delta Sonic (especially this one) - the best there is!!! read more

Probably, No, the Worst full service car wash ever! After a disappointing first visit, we gave them a second try. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Inadequate vacuuming, big swirly smear across the wind screen, drip stains all over, door wells not cleaned. Basically a Horrible job for the $50+ and $35 we spent on our two tries there. We've lived in five states and we're always able to find several reputable full interior/exterior car cleaning shops. Delta Sonic is Sub Par IMHO. read more

Decided to get an oil change here for the first time. I went mid-morning so there weren't as many people. It took maybe (not even) 15 minutes! The worker even taught me about my car, teaching me different alerts that will pop up to show when I need to get maintenance done. Amazing customer service! Will definitely go back. read more

I purchased a professional detail online for my wife's car. The cost was $199. O brought the car to the Delta Sonic in Webster, NY. On first impression from the outside it looked decent. Upon closer inspection at home, they didn't detail the wheels at all. The interior has an awful smell. The interior dressing was applied carelessly. We went on vacation a few days after and I pulled the center arm rest down for the kids to use the cup holders. The light colored seat fabric was stained from the interior dressing they just painted everywhere. The cup holders in the back seat armrest were dripping wet with an oily substance. They don't really clean the interior, they just rub it down with a greasy fluid and leave it wet. Interior pieces were literally dripping wet with whatever slippery substance they put on the interior plastics. After a couple weeks and some rain, I noticed that multiple pieces of the black plastic exterior trim had a white haze. The white haze appears to be wax which was carelessly applied obviously. Once the greasy wet trim dressing wore off, the dried wax was visible. Even after washing the car, the haze is still visible. The car looks worse now than it did before I brought it to them. I think I am a pretty reasonable person and not a needy demanding customer. I don't usually write reviews. But this experience deserved one. Maybe my car was assigned to a lazy employee. But I will not be back and I certainly would never recommend Delta Sonic to anyone. Do it yourself or take it somewhere else. I have had good results with Flower City Customs in Webster, ny. I went through the car wash last week and as I was getting on the track, it seemed as though it was a bit noisier than usual. When I got off, there was an even louder noise and it felt like something happened to my tire. The employee that was standing at the exit to the belt even made a funny face as I pulled forward because the noise was so loud. I was in a hurry so I didn't bother to get out to see if anything was wrong, but I also would have thought that the employee would have said something to me if there was a problem. When I got home I noticed that a piece of my rim looked like it was cut off! I went back to Delta Sonic that same night and put in a claim. I received a letter today pretty much saying that it wasn't their fault and that I must have done something to damage my rim prior to this! Their managers inspected the belt and found nothing wrong with it. They "generously" gave me a couple tickets for interior cleaning. I'm sorry, but that doesn't even begin to come close to the cost of the damage to my rims! I didn't expect that they would admit to their machines causing the damage anyway. I was told twice that they don't schedule appointments for the "10 minute interior detail" when I was trying to get a full service detail. I had my car washed anyway (the finish was sloppy) so I drove over to the Penfield Rd Delta Sonic and got a full service detail in about an hour and a half. The person there at least inquired about the extent of my needs and went on to explain services available by appointment. I'll probably have to return to Webster for convenience but I won't be spending money there for any special services,and I won't be tipping when I feel I'm getting the "bums rush". read more

At last contact, their "corporate manager" spent weeks refusing to take my calls, even putting me on hold for long periods of time and then disconnecting me. When he finally stopped hiding and decided to actually do his job and talk to a customer, he spent the entire phone call shouting over everything I said telling me I lied on my claim, and just completely acting like a caveman with absolutely zero professionalism. This company is just awful. Since my incident, I've done some research and found countless reviews stating the exact same thing. They damage property, refuse to fix it, then act completely rude and unprofessional to everyone. read more

I recently took my car for detail at the Webster location. Upon inspection I asked to see the video they take prior to the service, because I noticed a spot on the passenger front bumper that there was a nick with paint damage. I told them that I was just curious if it had been there prior. Without any delay the supervisor brought out the video. It did look like a spot there prior that probably had progressed into what it had because of the work that was done. The female supervisor (forgotten her name) was glad to touch up the spot even though I did not expect them to since it was probably already there prior. She even wanted me to come back after it had dried to retouch it up again to make sure the paint did not peel. When I brought it back she was on break but the acting supervisor came out to take a look and also when I pointed out that after I took the plastic off the drivers seat it looked like the shampoo had pooled. He took a few minutes to touch up the spot and brush out the rough spot in the seat. I greatly appreciated the time they spent with me to make me satisfied, when they could have brushed me off. If you want a car wash there's an auto wash right up the street without the upsell or snotty teen girl insulting you. Stop. I get it. You want more money. BEWARE !!! I had been a fan of delta sonic for many years but never again! My car kept shaking and felt like it was sticking as it moved through wash, actually stopping and jolting in dryer area. As soon as wash was done I got out of car to find my wheel gouged all around. Metal pieces carved from the rim and sticking out. This made me ill but I was assured that Delta Sonic would look at the videos to see how it happened and then make things right. I have no problem with video review because my car and rims were perfect going in. I was told 3-5 business days to be contacted with a resolution. This happened on Monday I call on Thursday I'm told this is being reviewed and answer will come tomorrow. I call next day get the same scripted answer "answer coming tomorrow" - oh and answer will be mailed to me -no urgency -no active communication. Its a long weekend so I call Tuesday still under review "answer coming tomorrow". Ok ill give them a full 5 business days. Today same run around "tomorrow", girl tried saying it hasn't been 5 business days yet and we don't count weekends -sorry I'm counting actual business days and your past it. She gave me nothing. I was refused to speak to a supervisor and received bad attitude. I keep my car nice thats why i took it to get washed. This is madness! Their customer service is horrendous!! Oh and the wash was terrible but that maybe because the drying people stopped wiping down to get the car looked at. Had to hand wash same day. read more

Delta Sonic is very expensive for what you get. A wash and interior cleaning can cost you $25 dollars or more. For this price there shouldn't be streaks on your windshield or Windows. If you have a dark colored car I can guarantee that you will have water spots on your car. I wish that someone would open a hand wash car wash in this area. read more

I'm reading these reviews and people are so pleased with Delta Sonic. I'm not that happy with it. First, lines can be way too long. I try to go when it's not too busy. When I do get up to purchase the Super Kiss which is what I want, I have to put up with getting badgered as they try to get me to buy more services. Man, that's annoying. I just want the Super Kiss, okay? Give me a break. Last time I got my car washed which was last month, I interrupted the sales pitch and told the teenager I did not appreciate being pushed to buy more than I want. I got attitude. Bad, sarcastic, snippy attitude. I didn't even go back for the free wash. And I have to tell you, I have never gotten my dark blue SUV washed there when there wasn't an area that was missed. I have been told I can come back through if I'm not satisfied. But honestly, I didn't want to deal with the lines, the attitude and the time commitment the first time. I'm not going through it all again. I'm thinking the people that think they do such a great job maybe are driving light colored vehicles that don't show the dirt as much. And lastly, the monthly unlimited at $29.99 is way too expensive. I'm looking for another car wash to use. Now with the weather warming up, I'll do it myself before I take to DS again. I know it's management telling these kids to be pushy. How about lightening up with the annoying sales pitch. read more

I went to Delta Sonic to try and get the smoke smell out of my car after it was borrowed by someone who smokes. When I first pulled in (on a weekday morning) it was very confusing about where I should go. I saw signs for car washes but not for where to go for detailing. I spotted some workers outside and drove over to ask for help. Unbeknownst to me I had driven into the area where cars exit the wash. (In my defense, there is a large space between where cars exit the wash and where attendants are drying and no signage whatsoever telling me not to enter). Rather than the attendants recognizing that I was lost and kindly assisting me in the right direction they berated and embarrassed me for being in the wrong spot. When I finally found my way to the back where you are supposed to go for detailing the attendant wasn't much more helpful and seemed irritated when I asked him where the "waiting area" was that he was sending me to and how I would know when my car was done. After waiting for 45 minutes what I got for $33 was a hosed-off car with salt streaks, what appeared to be a vacuumed rug with all pieces of garbage left in place, and a non-existent "new car" smell that did nothing to remedy the smoke smell. If the attendants were better trained in customer service I would likely have had a whole different perspective. I also think that if cars are not allowed to drive in certain areas then those areas should be blocked off to avoid innocent mistakes. read more
