I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a car service in Toronto.

The driver picked me up on time, at 6:30 PM, however it was so cold in the limo that our feet felt like they were frozen for the entire trip, about a 45 minute drive from Richmond Hill to Yorkville. We asked the driver to turn the heat up, but it didn't seem to make a difference. When we arrived at our destination, the driver stopped in the middle of Cumberland street blocking all the cars behind him while we payed him. The driver used one of those old fashioned credit card imprint devices that have been outdated for about 15 years. It took five minutes for the driver to process the transaction, while the lineup of cars behind him honked away. We were really embarrassed and felt terrible for all the cars that were inconvenienced by this inconsiderate limo driver. We arranged with the driver to have our return trip pickup at 10 PM. At 10:16 PM I called the phone number provided in the confirmation email I received from info@airportlimousines.ca and there was no answer and the voice mail box was full. At 10:18 PM there was no answer again, so I called the cell phone number that the driver used to call me to let me know that he had arrived at my home to pick me up. The driver answered, but explained that he was in Brampton and could not help me. When I told him that I couldn't get an answer at the phone number for his company, he provided me with another phone number. at 10:21 PM I called the second phone number and there was no answer and the voice mail box was full. I called it again at 10:22 and still no answer. At 10:25 PM I replied to my confirmation email from info@airportlimousines.ca, explaining that I was waiting for my scheduled return trip pickup, and that I was unable to get through by phone, and to please reply. I called both phone numbers again at 10:26 PM. I sent a text message to both phone numbers at 10:27 PM requesting a reply. I called both phone numbers again at 10:38 PM, with no answer. I have still not received a response by email, text, or by phone. I am shocked and appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed by this company. According to their website, "customer satisfaction" is their number one priority. They failed. They also failed at "trust," "reliability," and "the best drivers." I have called David Grossman, the manager, multiple times with no call back and emailed with no reply.

I was busy with phone but an eye on my surroundings and noticed the driver was taking a route different than all others. When he came back up on to Dundas he was about 1 1/2 kilometers the other side of the hospital thus increasing the fare by about $5. That is 1% of taxi rides. i would say that is very good odds.

I decided to stay near the airport and I booked the room 9 days before I was supposed to fly out. The Courtyard by Mariott is inexpensive. I got the room for $240 a night. It is close to the airport and they offer free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle bus comes every 30 mins. The hotel room was not bad. It was bigger than if I were say staying in Toronto downtown. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. They have a good working internet. The stay was quite pleasant. I would definitely stay here again next time.

I booked this hotel months in advance for an international birthday trip from the United States…read more What followed was six nights of compounding failures, deliberate misinformation from hotel management. 6 rooms across 6 nights: Room 405 (Apr 23-27) -- Original suite with king bed, kitchenette, and tub. Vacated mid-stay due to a plumbing emergency. Room 414 (Apr 27) -- First replacement. Significantly smaller, double queens, none of the original amenities. Room 201 (Apr 27-29) -- Second replacement. King bed but smaller, no kitchenette, no tub. Suffered a second plumbing failure on Apr 28 and sewage odor Apr 28-29. Room 204 (Apr 28) -- Temporary room provided solely so I could access a working shower. Room 212 (Apr 29) -- Staff physically unlocked this room for me to shower. When I returned, the door had been shut. Staff re-opened it -- and we discovered it was occupied. A female guest was in the process of changing. Hotel staff had twice granted me access to another paying guest's room. Room 203 (Apr 29) -- Final alternative after the Room 212 incident. Had the same sewage odor. Completely unusable. What went wrong: The lobby and pool were under active renovation my entire stay. I wasn't told until one day before arrival, despite booking months in advance. Had I known, I would have stayed elsewhere. The hotel's solution was to bus guests to a nearby Sheraton for pool access -- not acceptable. One elevator was out of service for an extended period. I have a medical condition affecting my knees. Repeatedly climbing multiple flights of stairs was a genuine physical hardship. Renovation appliances including microwaves were stored in the hallways throughout my stay -- a safety hazard and well below any brand standard. On April 27, I was forced to vacate my original suite mid-stay due to a plumbing emergency. Every replacement room offered was a downgrade. At no point was I given a room that matched what I had booked and paid for. Room 201 was placed directly above the active pool construction. On April 28 -- my birthday, the entire reason for this trip -- I was woken at 8:20 AM by loud drilling. Later that same morning, the hotel called to inform me that Room 201's shower, sink, and toilet would be out from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Nearly nine hours without basic water access. Upon returning to the room that evening, there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. It was still there the next morning. The Room 212 incident is the most serious failure of this entire stay. Staff directed me to and physically unlocked an occupied guest room -- not once, but twice. This is an egregious breach of guest privacy and safety that should never have been possible under any operational circumstance. When I raised the issue of my 60,000 IHG points used for my April 23-25 reservation, the property manager told me she did not have the authority to process a points refund and directed me to contact IHG corporate. I did exactly that -- and IHG corporate confirmed that she does have that authority. She had the ability to resolve this at the property level and instead chose to send me on a deliberate runaround. That is not a miscommunication. That is a manager using a false claim to avoid accountability. The hotel offered a partial refund of $147.70 against an original charge of $606.92 -- and only before the most serious incidents had even occurred. IHG denied my formal points refund request. Honestly it was a great hotel and we will definitely be coming back. Our room was clean and updated. The breakfast was hot with some variety. It was nice to see the hotel busy with lots of guests and each evening of our stay people hung out in the lobby. Lots of life in the hotel is a good thing! Even with a large number of guests the hotel breakfast was able to keep up with the demand. Parking lot was good. With the heavy plowed piles of snow and the fact that they shared a parking lot meant not as many parking spaces as needed so may need to search for a bit but we still always found one. Other than that no complaints. Our door to our room was funny and the shower made a noise at the start but these things are so minor. We will definitely be back.

After a moment she relented and waived the the fee as a courtesy upon learning I was a Hilton Honors member. She was professional and courteous but I didn't get the genuine vibe from her. When I came back to the front desk at different times during my stay, there were different staff members and some of them were super friendly and genuine. The room was spacious and clean and the safe was built into the wall. Definitely 5 stars for the room in terms of comfort. The free breakfast buffet is pretty good and but they don't allow you to take food upstairs. It costs $30 CAD a day for parking and you tap your room card at the parking gate when you want to get out. They don't charge for late check out but I was only able to get a late checkout time of 12 PM. The room was quiet and it was a wonderful stay overall.

I didn't interact with the front desk often as I utilized the mobile check in/check out. I appreciate that I was allowed to choose my room. I was hesitant with choosing a top floor room but I'm glad I did. The room was overall very clean. There were some stains on the wall but nothing too noticeable or disgusting looking. The bedding was very soft and comfortable. I felt overall relaxed! TV didn't have interesting channels but not a big deal. There is a restaurant and Starbucks that are attached to the hotel which is a nice feature and convenient. Easy Uber access as well. Very pleased with my stay! Thank you Hilton!

They 'apologized for the inconvenience' of my car being stolen, and then basically washed their hands of the situation. While I understand that vehicle theft can happen anywhere, their response to this situation was absolutely not reflective of the hospitality that I would expect from the Marriott family of hotels.
