The original landscaping was from the 1970's. The overgrown junipers and ficus plants reflected that. The galvanized sprinklers with the leaky, non functional valves, all needed to be replaced. He said to give him a couple of days and he would get back to me. True to his word, he sent me the quote on time. I reviewed it with my wife, but she wanted to understand his plan for the property, so we arranged for him to meet us once again. He explained his vision for the property. He then took us to a Landscape nursery so that we could see the plants he had in mind. My wife like his choices, she picked a couple of flower colors and I picked the type of trees. Pete scheduled the entire thing, all four sides of the property, to be done in one weekend. He came out with his crew and demo'd everything, installed new drainage, new sprinklers (including drip irrigation) and laid new sod, planted the plants and trees and laid out the gravel and crushed granite walkways.
