I can't fully rate them because we never got passed the estimate but I would rate their responsiveness 1 star. Someone came to my house to measure the area but then no one ever sent me the estimate. I called asking for the estimate and the woman, Maria, who answers their line said she would call me back. She never did. I've followed up with her a few more times with no response. I called again today asking for the quote and she said it was already emailed. I asked if she could send it to a different email address. She asked to text it to her and she never sent it. They removed stone/brick planters that were built in against the house, overgrown ground covering, a large heavy fountain, and old cement light post. They converted my sprinklers to a drip system. Maria & Luis are a great team of landscaping professionals. They trimmed many tall trees that were at least 20ft taller than my 2 storey house which I needed to be level with my 2nd floor windows. I was kinda skeptical they could pull off such an awkward project of trimming 6 tall trees between 2 houses with only 6-7 ft overall space without any incident but I am more than happy to say, they got the job done. Initially it was Luis that climbed to the top to start things off but it got windy and the trees were swaying a little too much for comfort and so Maria took the helm and got things done from the top. Luis is lucky to have awesome person like Maria as his partner in all things. I was so impressed that I decided to give them more trees to trim around the garden and officially make them as my regular landscapers. They're easy to work with, their fees are very reasonable. It's not a get rich quickly scheme for them (compared to many others) but more of a simple & steady relationship with the community. We hired Green Spaces Landscaping to update the landscaping of our front yard. We had existing bushes and landscaping lights and we wanted to add more plants and landscaping rocks to have a better design. Unfortunately, while removing our bushes, they accidentally cut the wires to our lights. After the job, we didn't notice the cut wires because they were originally buried behind the bushes. Only when evening came that we realized all our landscaping lights were out. We asked them to fix the lights before we make the full payment and they promised to fix that the next day so we proceeded to pay them even though the lights were not fixed. They came and only fixed a couple of lights and left one still out. We tried following up several times and kept getting promised on the fix. We finally hired an electrician to fix the lights. We were disappointed with the after-service customer care of this company. We hired them to improve our front yard and not break what isn't broken. We tried hard to reach out to them to give them a chance to rectify the problem. However when a couple of weeks passed, we realized they don't plan on coming back. They also promised to bring additional landscaping rocks which never materialized. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. read more
