The other two chain locations can't find a problem unless the "computer ' tells them and even then charge way too much. Took the car to Dougs . Stated it would be $60 per hour to investigate . (Toyota $120 plus ,Firestone I estimated ran the same )Neither could locate the problem.Doug's mechanic located the problem in 30 minutes with one test drive .Quoted me a price PRIOR to starting work. Completed everything on time and came in UNDER estimate. Yes the neighborhood isn't the best but the service was exceptional.
