I had to wait for the check for the car to come from my bank and Eddie held the car for me until it came, which was great. I took the car for an inspection prior to purchase and the mechanic said everything looked good, so I don't think this place sells junk cars like some dealerships do. Andrew, the owners son, was super amazing. My three year old son loved him and Andrew played with him and kept him entertained through the whole buying process. Signing the paperwork took less than an hour and we were on our way home. I would buy from them again, this was a better experience than I've had at most places.

John the owner is very professional with a relaxed, humble personality which is everything opposite of what I know about used car salesmen. He has great quality cars with good CarFaxs on his lot and they also do all mechanic work on site. When I went to test drive the Xterra the battery was dead and the right rear tire was bald. John made sure that both were replaced when I came to finalize paperwork. I would absolutely come back here next time I'm looking for a vehicle and definitely recommend him to anyone.

When we got there, we observed some damage on the vehicle, the rear trunk door was broken and didn't stay open. Even with all of that said, we offered $12,000 cash and since he said that he makes more money financing the deal, I told him that he could have us finance $12,000 which is over the online said list price. The salesman named "Steven G" would not give us "the real" price until the end. He said that the vehicle is $11,795, but you are forced to pay for "Lo-Jack" theft prevention service bc they steal their vehicles off of the lot, and they pass the cost to the potential buyers. So he added $900+ to the fake $11,795 price. Then he added more of the hidden fees being a "PDSI" fee of $2000 and a "destination" fee of $2,000 and a finance fee of an additional $5,000! After speaking with his manager, he came back with the true "out the door" (OTD) price of $18,593! We thought that this would be the case after reading other Google Reviews of this shady place. Before we departed and drove 3 hours in the rain, "Giselle" and "Axel" are the liars that say the online price is real and true and have no hidden fees just to get you in the door. That was not accurate at all. After purchasing it, the vehicle became a constant source of problems. Every 2-3 months, new serious issues kept appearing, and it became clear the car had significant underlying mechanical problems that were not properly disclosed or addressed before sale. I am honestly not sure how this vehicle was sold in the condition it was in. In total, I have spent over $5,000 in repairs just to keep the car safe and running. This included engine mounts, major power steering components/valves, and a full brake system replacement (calipers, rotors, pads), along with multiple fluid flushes (brake and power steering). A mechanic later diagnosed a cylinder misfire issue that had not previously shown a check engine light. This raises serious concerns that existing problems may not have been properly identified or visible at the time of purchase. Overall, this has been an extremely expensive and frustrating experience. The vehicle required far more work than was represented, and I feel the condition of the car was significantly misrepresented at the time of sale. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership unless you are prepared for major hidden repair costs after purchase

Well 1 week after the 3 month warranty expired so did the transmission. I outright said to him before we finalized the deal that we were at his mercy and trusted him because we couldn't find a decent car anywhere and felt like we could trust him and he assured us that we could. At no point did he warn us we were taking a risk buying this car actually quite the contrary. Well I reached out to him to tell him about the transmission and at first he acted surprised and said let me see what I can do I'll get back you this afternoon. Well a day went by and when I didn't hear from him I called him back and guess what no answer so I called from a different number and he answered and seemed a little surprised. He said he didn't have a chance to look at the paperwork but would call me back when he did. In the mean time my husband took the car to a mechanic who said the transmission was shot and evidently was not inspected prior to being sold to us because it wasn't just a coincidence. I reached back out to Rich who then proceeded to say that this happens and was unfortunate and 5 different stories about how it happened to him . He then offered us 2 options 1. he can get us a deal on a used transmission for $1800 + labor with another 3 month warranty or 2.a man made rebuilt transmission for $3800 + labor with a 1 year warranty . I gave him the opportunity to make this right,I asked him how as a decent human being he didn't feel somewhat obligated to do the right thing his response was it's unfortunate but nothing he will do outside of the 2 options he gave us.
