I drove over imm, and was so glad I did. The office staff was so friendly, and they were able to get it taken care of right away. I liked the dentist, Dr. Smith. I would highly recommend these friendly, professional people. They didn't try to push addit services, they just handled my problem in a competent, professional manner. I would go back if I need any additional services or care. I am so thankful to have it done, It was so nice to be relieved of the anxiety I was feeling about that crown coming off!

I've maintained contact with the front staff via email and unfortunately nothing has changed. Although I was told that some other charges were paid from my refund (which I didn't authorize) nor I was never sent a invoice for the difference. Unfortunately I am going to have to bring this matter up my financial institution and to the TSBDE. I feel for certain employees who actually care about you at this facility. The fact that they have to work with such less-than physicians.

According to the other reviews, I'm sure they would have been great. That's why I chose them in the first place. Communication is key, especially after 45 minutes. A simple, "There was an emergency" or literally anything would have been fine. I had nothing to do following my appointment. We're expected to show up, on time, or risk losing our appointment. It's a shame they don't give us the same courtesy.

He was very rude to my husband about all of his concerns that he had and was very short with his answers as well. His X-Ray Tech was very sweet and nice and the dental assistant was sweet in the room, that was probably the only positive thing about the visit. We spent more time in waiting room, getting x-rays, and at checkout than we did in the room with the dentist during our cleaning and consult.

Enlow & staff are very friendly and very good with pain management; and make everybody feel at home. They are very professional and are very good at dental work and general teeth cleaning. This is the first dental office I used that will administer nitrous oxide gas that relives pain and stress. Now I enjoy my dental visits. Summer Enlow's office is expanding and accepting new patients. I hear that they are good working with children and I do see children in the waiting room.

I'm an ex-patient of Dr. Rector's, my mom took me there as a kid and I continued to use him through…read morecollege. A few years ago, he did a root canal on one of my molars. It was supposed to take a few weeks for the permanent crown to come in, so I went back to college in another state. While at school, the tooth broke in half and I immediately went to another dentist. During the x-rays, the second dentist found that all of the nerve tissue had not been removed from the tooth, and cotton had been left in the hole. Needless to say, I had to have a second root canal on the same tooth. I'm currently looking at having to get a bridge replaced that Dr. Rector put in less than 10 years ago. My current dentist says its a poor quality job and it's poor fit is causing wear on my natural teeth below it as well as pain. Furthermore, she wonders why such an old-fashioned style of crown was used when much better alternatives were available. I've also had problems with cavities around fillings that he did about 12 years ago. So, he can clean your teeth, but look elsewhere if you're looking for major dental work.
