On top of it, they sent the invoice to the incorrect contact - THREE TIMES. Not only that but the shipping rate was quoted at $800 - the first invoice showed up at $3000, then they corrected it and we paid it, and then yet another invoice came through again, this time for $11000. When I contacted my account manager's superior to notify them of the issues and the reasons we would not be shipping with them again, my account manager called me and was quite snarky. She felt the need to react to my complaint about her but was nowhere to be found when I needed help with my missing freight. There are many many shipping companies and no need to ship with one that is unorganized and unprofessional at every level - particularly if you value your freight.
