I explained how my silly dog had ran through the screen sliding door, doing a number on it. She was thorough in giving me some options to pick from the replacement types with costs. On the day of the booking, she alerted me again about the tech coming out within the time capsule provided. Gabriel, the on-site technician was professional, and meticulous in doing the work. Their pricing was very reasonable, so we booked an appointment. They came out and quickly replaced 11 screens, leaving just one that we decided not to replace at the time. A few months later, that last screen broke, so I reached out again. John Cook is everything we needed in a contractor. He listened and really understood what I was looking for with our remodel. I wanted to keep my wood cabinets, as I prefer the warmth of wood.
