However, in my opinion, from the standpoint of someone garnering quotes for a future mirror replacement, the receptionist or customer service associate who answered the phone did not have a good enough concept of (potential) customer relations. After a truly harrowing, somewhat traumatizing freeway experience, I thought the person answering the phone would at least have some kind of empathy or even just a professional, friendly tone. My initial request to speak to a mechanic or service advisor was ignored. Anyways, I volunteered info about the make, model, year and color of the car, but she only seemed interested in the VIN number, which I provided. Any other place asks for all of this info. She actually said I read the VIN number too fast at the end of my reading of it, which makes no sense as I never read numbers that fast out of courtesy. I even took the extra step of making sure she got the letters correctly, but, again, she did not appreciate that. Instead, she rather unprofessionally and abruptly ended the entire call. I've never had this kind of low vibration, low intelligence customer service from any auto-related business. So, I called back and left a message thinking perhaps the owner would contact me either the same day or the next, to no avail. Every other business I have contacted, from dealerships to independent repair and body shops, have had much more impressive and professional communications.

On Monday, we immediately went to the dealer to purchase a new part and asked for pricing to install the part. The price was RIDICULOUS! I immediately used CoPilot to locate shops in my zip code and Santa Ana Body shop was the first one to come up. We called and spoke to Brandon and told him the part that we purchased and asked for a price on installation. He quoted us a FABULOUS price for the installation, far less than the dealership and he suggested that we bring the car in at 2pm. We promptly arrived at 2pm and it took them 15 minutes to install the part. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the facility and also noticed that they also serviced cars. We will be bringing his Lexus RX 350 back for future maintenance and also will bring back my Audi Q5 for service. We highly recommend Santa Ana Body Shop!

Here's the long story for the fully detailed awful experience with a company whom has no understanding of quality customer service, and seemingly lacks the ability to even just adequately complete the task for which they are being paid a very large sum of money for: After reading all other reviews on here, I thought I would have an amazing experience with Modish Wraps, but that thought quickly diminished as the experience soon turned into an ongoing nightmare. It started off well, I met with Carlos on and his office manager on July 20, we discussed what I wanted, and he came up with the option of having two wraps laminated together, to make the color I wanted. After Carlos spoke with his friend to ensure the laminating was possible, I received a call from him, I was told everything was good, I paid my 50% , and I would drop my car off on August 1 and pick it up August 10. This is where it starts going downhill, August 1 comes around, I show up at their facility to leave my car-nobody is there-after about 5 unanswered phone calls, the office manager calls me back and says he forgot I was dropping my car off that day, and that I needed to give him 5 hours to finish what he was doing. August 10 then comes around, it's about 4 pm, there has been no communication from them, so I call carlos asking what time I could come pick it up. He proceeds to tell me that the wrap came late, and he would need a couple more days to work on it, I say okay. About 4 days go past, my car has now been with him for 2 weeks, still no communication, so I decide to go out to his shop to check on my car, since I asked for a picture several times, but never received one. I arrive, and my car has not been touched, not taken apart, still it's original color, nothing done to it for the 2 whole weeks it had been there. He says it will be done in the next 4 days. 4 days pass, no communication, so I call, he says he just needs one more day. I'm sure at this point you see the pattern, so this game of telling me it will be done, then at about 9 pm saying it won't be done continues until August 19 comes, and he says it will be done by afternoon, afternoon then turns to done by 5, then 6, then at 7 I go out to his shop, and my car is still not complete, so I wait in his shop for the next 5 hours, when my car is completed at just before midnight. I drive my car off, hoping that this ordeal has come to a close, just to find out my passenger door won't shut, meaning my door is halfway open while on the freeway. Additionally, I had to remove my rear spare tire to be able to physically lift my tailgate door up to be able to shut it, because the hinges were put on fully crooked. Not to mention my car had none of these problems prior. I attempt to contact Carlos about the issues, and I am met with an unanswered call and a full voicemail, 2 days later I get a call back in which we discuss me bringing the car back in on the following Friday, then Friday comes, and I ask him what time, he then says we would have to reschedule for Sunday, which required me to change plans that I had, then when I contact him asking what time again, he says he is unavailable. I am beyond disappointed and disheartened, and I 100% recommend you do not bring your vehicle here.

I saw it when I got home and I took it apart and fixed it. It was very apparent that they didn't know what they were doing or how to fix it after they let the inner spring detach. 3) While I was fixing that, I noticed that the bolt caps on rear of the drivers seat had the tabs broken off and were just sitting in the space, because they fell out when I got in the truck. When I contacted them, I was told that they don't discuss diagnostics over the phone and wanted me to come in. I told them I had already fixed it and it was obvious that they didn't know what they were doing. 4) Today, I got new tires and noticed a rattle from the passenger side, when I looked, the screws that hold the seat in were not tightened, so the seat was rattling.
