I visited this past weekend was happy with every aspect of my visit. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly front desk manager who found me an available room several hours before my scheduled check in time. The room, was spacious, clean and comfortable. Perhaps most importantly, the temperature was really well controlled -- a must given that it was only about 15 degrees outside! I've provided several photos, but they do not do justice to the inviting feel of the room! I used the gym on both mornings of my stay and I want to hi-light the gym as a great feature of the hotel. Cardio, free weights and a weight machine are all available. I was in the gym for approximately 50 minutes each morning and I had the gym to myself. Guests have no excuses if they do not work out while visiting! I'll right a separate review of Flint, the on-premise restaurant, but I had breakfast there twice and both times I had a great meal! I don't know that I will make my way back to Oklahoma City, but if I do, I will be staying at the Colcord!

Valet staff by the door always opened the door for me. Front desk staff always greeted as I was liked by. Cleaning staff was friendly, and restaurant staff was attentive. Had a chance to eat breakfast and lunch at the restaurant and food was pretty good at a reasonable price I did have a billing issue and I hope they will take care of it after a regular staff arrives. Whenever I noticed on something during a stay, communication was easy via text message and they addressed it right away. I would definitely stay here next time in town.

We ordered our food at The Parisian style counter that was filled with pastries. We chose a velvet booth to enjoy our lunch & wine! Egg White Frittata- Served nicely in a small cast iron skillet, cooked to perfection with blistered tomatoes, avocado crema,& spicy chili aioli, nicely seasoned hand cut potatoes were served on side. Avocado Tartine- Thick slice of rustic bread slathered with avocado, topped with luscious burrata, tomato slice, drizzled with balsamic glaze. Lox Bagel- Salt cured salmon, whipped cream cheese, pickled onions & sprinkling of fried capers, all came together on top of the bagel. Can't forget - bottle of a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. There is a cozy bar & a lovely wrap around porch. Over several years this 1912 historic home served multiple purposes, at one time Rock Hudson stayed here! If you have a chance stop in for coffee & a pastry or lunch! The Bradford House is a true hidden gem in Oklahoma City!

I came in for a business meeting and ordered a hot white mocha and a chocolate croissant, and both were absolutely delicious. The interior is BEAUTIFUL and has such a charming, unique atmosphere. I'm usually a basic Courtyard girl, but splurged here and went for the king suite; so glad I did. The suite was huge and I loved having 1.5 bathrooms. It had two massive TVs in it with ample chairs, tables, and a super soft material couch included. We could have spent the weekend just watching football in the suite! The large, beautiful full body mirror in the entry hallway was fantastic. The added details were amazing as well; for example, when you walk into the bathroom in the dark, lights at your feet come on so you can see without it being too bright. They also provided ear plugs, eye masks, and fresh linen spray. There was ample lighting in all rooms that you could easily adjust as well. Some hotels have dark rooms, but you could make the suite as bright or dark as you wanted! Bed was comfortable, and I heard minimal noise from others. The hotel area on the second floor is absolutely stunning, and I LOVED their Halloween decor. Valet was easy to manage, and checkin/out was a breeze as well. The front desk was super helpful. I found out last minute that the concert tickets I bought needed to be printed, but there is no hotel business center and the nearby FedEx is closed on the weekends. The front desk graciously printed them for me even though it was a bit of a logistical mess with my app; they were patient and kind. The Vault bar downstairs is one-of-a kind. Go early to check it out as it gets packed late at night. However, it's a HUGE bar with plenty of soft and comfortable seating. Awesome decor. Don't miss this one! This hotel is pricey, but I can see why. I look forward to going back around Christmas one year to see their decor. This one will be difficult to beat!

We could leave the hotel and pretty much walk wherever we wanted to go without having to move the car. We also had a nice view overlooking the stadium, which added to the whole Bricktown experience. This is definitely a good hotel choice if you're coming to OKC and want to be close to the action. Parking is the one thing I would plan for. Hotel parking was around $30 per night, which I personally think is a little steep. There are metered parking spaces available on the streets around the hotel, though. We found weekend street parking to be free, and with our handicap placard, we were also able to use the metered parking without paying. Overall, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You have food, drinks, nightlife, the stadium, and entertainment right outside the door. We enjoyed being able to walk around Bricktown and experience the area without constantly getting back in the car. I would definitely stay here again!

Not sure if it was due to the timing, the busy lobby, or the fact that the front desk had only 1 person working, with a long line. Once at the desk, the check-in process was smooth and quick. You need a key to access the elevator to your floor. The elevators took a long time, but it could be due to timing and the area being busy. The room is a good size, with a mini refrigerator and basic bathroom amenities, but no shower caps. You can hear clearly anyone outside in the halls walking by or talking. There was constant water flushing, with the water turning on and being used even when no one was using it in my room. And that was the constant sound throughout the entire stay, not sure if it was coming from upstairs or the rooms next to us, but it was a bit annoying. The bed wasn't comfortable, but the pillows were nice, and the sheets were so rough. There was a table with a seating area for work or eating, and a single lounge chair. If you order in-room dining, it takes 35-45 minutes, even if you need utensils. That's the time frame given, 35-45, no matter what. Over the 5 days and 4 nights, the room was cleaned only 1 time. No one knocked, no one came by, and no one even brought towels. And when you called, it took longer to receive than it did with in-room dining. I know most hotels have notes about helping preserve, etc., but for what they charge a night, they should check even if you decline service. Interaction with the staff delivering food is always pleasant. Called for the tray pickup, and it stayed in the room for hours, so I ended up just putting it outside the door and that was for each time I had in room dining I'm not sure if the experience would have been better at another time, but this one wasn't great, especially for what they charge nightly
