Overbooked and had to wait a long time. Nail tech did a poor job ( the customer before us had to have hers redone). Color and Shape not as requested. Extremely rude owner or whoever he is. Place said they CLOSE AT 6PM and at 5Pm told us it was closed and rushed us. I went for a fill and new color and had an apt for a pedicure. Did not get the pedicure bc "they didn't have time" Did not get the color I wanted bc"they did not have time". And the guy cut my nails in a completely different shape and proceeded to ARUGE WITH ME THAT I ASKED FOR THAT SHAPE. And so DID THE OWNER OR WHOEVER THE MAN WAS defending that I "must be lying" and showed the guy doing my nails the "nail shape" And an orange color. It was THE MOST AWFUL experience I've ever had and I will never return. And for your own good. Skip this place. No integrity, respect or care for paying customers. Rude and unprofessional. Tried this place on a friend's recommendation- I was in desperate need of a pedicure. I made an appointment with the owner who did a fantastic job. The place was clean, service was great. I got a simple no chip solid color pedicure. They guarantee their work- so if one of my nails gets messed up- they'll fix it free. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try! read more

Took my sister to get her nails done for her first Homecoming. We walked in and waited for 45 min and when they finally came to get her he asked what color and when she showed a picture of a simple elegant design, he said he wouldn't do it and it would take too long. After he was finished filing and buffering and about to start on the design he got an attitude towards my sister because she wanted designs on more than one nail. Her set looked amazing and she loved it after 2 hours of being there! But when going to pay he got an attitude when he asked for my sisters phone number and when I gave him cash and he didn't have enough change to give back. Personally, I would NOT get my nails done here but an ok place for something quick and last minute. read more

First they said I didn't have an appt which I showed them my email confirmation they sent me! Then the person they gave me was beyond SLOW. Just had my nails done two days ago - used dip and two are already chipping. I did try to tell the manager that it did not seem like the technician was doing it correctly and of course he fluffed me off. Either not done properly or using old dip. Waste of money and time!!! I had an appointment at 3pm today for a full set of acrylics and got there on time I waited and waited for almost an hour after I already had an appointment to get my nails done. Then, once I finally got sat down they asked me how long I wanted my nails and I said medium. My nails came out to be way shorter than expected. Once my nails were finally done after being there for 4 hours just for a basic french tip the man got up didn't say anything then waited for me at the front desk for money. Just rude. read more

I did not get any service , I was an extra out of the five that had a reservation, I totally understand I was not able to get in but the two ladies treated us very rude , unprofessional , was not a nail spa experience but a nightmare! We had appointments for 5 made the day prior and then the process was difficult to make , should of learned then but when we showed up the service got worse, pointing fingers at anyones face is not appropriate. It was not a nail spa experience , look for that go elsewhere. I received a powder dip manicure and a regular pedicure. It's been less than 2 weeks and my finger nails are already chip. I have an plenty of powder dip nails before at other salons and this has never happened so soon. Definitely not worth $40 just for my powder dip. The establishment was nice and clean. Not satisfied with service. For $30 I was hoping for a quality pedicure and at least a 5 minute foot massage. I attached a photo of my feet literally 10 minutes from walking out of the salon. Dead skin still left on my heels and some around my toes. I so happened to lift my foot up on my driver seat while ordering food and noticed. Polish job not the best either. I dislike when new workers are put with "new face" customers. I overheard the lady that works there say the lady on my pedicure was new . I still was open to giving her a chance. I could've saved myself $30 and did the same job at home. Sadly I won't be returning and it's close to home. read more

Seriously disappointing. I live by yelp reviews so I'd like to save my fellow yelpers from the disappointment I had. Went for a pedi and no chip and the foot soak was literally scalding- then he turned to freezing cold. Like there was no in between. I picked out my OPi no chip color with a number corresponding with what I was hoping a color that would match my toes... No luck! He recommended some off brand color, call me a OPI snob but it does last longer. Next the no chip- while not horrible I'm pretty sure I could do the equivalent- and why would I pay for something I could so. Lastly not so sure about the cleanliness, never saw a sanitizing station, the foot baths looked a sketchy. Seriously- there must be a better place in CP- read more

I went to this place to get a quick manicure. They cut my nails, files them, pushed back my cuticles, and gave me a pathetic excuse of a hand massage. THATS IT. No shine, buff, etc. And they did a horrible job on my nails. I'm bleeding on one of them! I could have given myself the same nail trim at home for free (without the bleeding + better quality) for free instead of 20 dollars. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

I had the best experience today! Was in IN because my son had an appt. Needed my nails done. Called salon they took me right away. Was greeted with a warm welcome when walked in. Salon very clean, nicely decorated. Mary did my nails. Super sweet, took time to make sure I was happy, very professional. Highly recommend salon! If ever in area, I will be returning. read more

I came in and wanted my dip w/ tips removed and added back on, and the nail tech peeled off each nail. Yep, pried every one off. My nails were absolutely ripped to shreds before he added the new tips back on. I also asked for dip powder application and he went straight in with acrylic application. There clearly was miscommunication or something, but nonetheless I won't be coming back after the nail removal process went so aggressively. I've never in my life had a nail tech peel off dip w/ tips, what ever happened to the soak - acetone - buzz off method?? The end product was good / what I asked for but the duty of care there was absolutely lacking. read more

I just got a full set of acrylics. They put in little work into doing my nails. The filing job is so messed up. When putting on the acrylic powder he didn't even it out. It's so uneven. The nail polish isn't even covering my entire nail, same with the top coat. They also didn't even bother to paint the top of the nail. Also there are tiny bubbles on the nail from the polish. Not worth $30. I will not be returning back. Not satisfied! read more

Used to love this place. Not so much anymore. For the last year or so, every time I go there I'm charged a different price for the same thing which is very irritating. Also, whenever I actually find someone I really like the work of, they leave randomly. This last time I got my nails done, they looked absolutely terrible. I'm actually taking them off and going to get them done elsewhere. I don't even have the confidence to have them re-done at this place. So disappointed with the quality of work and how far it's gone down the last year. Went there on wednesday with my granddaughter for pedicures, they could only do one so we did hers, I scheduled an appt for a pedicure and no chip manicure for friday. I don't usually write reviews, but I have to this time. My no chip was thick and gloppy, and covered my cuticle on several nails, they looked so bad I had them removed the next day. The skin around my toes and nails on my foot should have been trimmed better. I paid $60 for this service plus gave a 20% tip, didn't realize until I got home how bad they were. Worst manicure/pedicure I've ever had. Let's see, where do I begin... besides the the person doing my nails being rude and telling me he didn't like how I wanted my nails, the place was so unsanitary. All their equipment was dirty, I'm sure they used them on multiple people without properly cleaning them in between... Oh yea and the towels they used on top of the manicure table where you put your hands had the previous customers' nails trims on it... The only reason I'm not giving them a 1 star is that one of the guys there was really nice and after I complained about how terrible my Shellac was, he touched it up. This place is horrible, if it wasn't for the fact that it was my friend's wedding weekend and I did not want to stress her out, I would have just gotten up and left.
