Let me start by saying in a super easy low maintenance nail girly. All I want is my nails cleaned up with clear polish because I get ingrown nails regularly. I came on a Wednesday afternoon around lunch time and was promptly seated. The nail tech, did a nice job no complaints. My only complaint is the constant trying to add services...first it was a pedicure. Then as she was doing my nails she asked if I wanted my eyebrows done and I said no and she made a comment essentially telling me my eyebrows could use some cleaning up..... So I dunno- this place isn't close to my home so I'll probably never be back, I just happened to be in the area today but If it was close to my home...I probably wouldn't go back unless I'm ready to be like just do the service I asked for please. read more

I will never go back. Went in for pedicure. Didn't ask me what type of service I wanted. She grabbed the lotion scent packages - must be moving product that is not selling- cuz it was strong and floral. stinks. Asked me if wanted mani, I said no. She used the rest of the lotion/spa on my hands and put my hands in the paraffin to make my hands soft. She charged me $87. If in a time crunch, go somewhere else and don't expect to start of your make an appointment. It takes at least 30+ minutes past the time I called and made the appointment to be seen. It may be they are short staffed, due to the now hiring signs. However, I would expect a business to better manage their time, and most importantly their clients time more appropriately read more

Awful experience. Asked for a basic no chip manicure- they added on services through out the manicure that I wasn't asked to about nor did I know they were extra service. It was my first time there. They told me we are going to do a hand lotion which I thought was included- turns out it wasn't. I go to the register and they over charged me by $15- they said I added on services that I NEVER agreed to, asked for or even knew they were extra services! This place aint shit. Took my girl Taylor to get her nails done for her 21st birthday and both our nails suck. We tried to tell them we didn't like them and they looked at us like we were stupid and that nothing was wrong. We finally got them to *kind of* fix taylors, but it's still a jank ass job. Oh but it doesn't end there, girl told me it would be 57 for a no chip manicure and i said fuck that nevermind i'll go back to my regular guy, and she said oh nevermind it's 32. Like oh okay interesting. And when I told her I didn't want anything extra she RUSHED through my shit like I was a waste of her time Not to mention, she said "that's it?!" to the tip I gave her. Probably the worst nail salon in the area. They are very unfriendly and very pushy. It's not enough that you come in for a service, they ask if you also want a pedicure. And when you say no they boldly ask you "why not". I came in to have my no chip soaked off and a regular manicure. Instead of just gladly doing the service I wanted she ask's why don't you want no chip again? It is the customers prerogative to ask for the service they want. And not there place to question why, as well as push additional and more expensive services. The tech rushed through the entire process. And was ripping my cuticles off with the cuticle remover. She didn't use it properly. She did not use any lotion after which is the standard in all salons. Then another tech comes along to paint my nails. Lets just say my toddler could have done a better job. They charged $25 which is outrageous. After drying my nails and getting up to leave another customer walks in and says she wants a no chip manicure. First thing they say is " and pedicure"? Greedy people! I feel they make up pricing or try to trick you into paying more. I was there to get a soak off, manicure, and no chip. I'm thinking $35-$40. Simple no chip with 2 colors, you know your ring finger has a sparkle. The lady said $52. I asked for what and she said I get the deluxe massage and a design. I assure you there was nothing deluxe about the lotion she put on my hands for 5 seconds and I'm still looking for the design. I feel I was being tricked. Went here yesterday to get a pedicure with a friend. The nail polish selection leaves a lot to be desired. My massage chair did not work and the cup holders on the chair were dirty. They appeared to be caked with old skin shavings. The actual pedicure was maybe 10 minutes tops. No foot rub or anything. They do not assist you getting out of chair or help u move ur things to the drying station. Also, the workers kid's were running around the salon. One stood by us the whole time playing with nail clippers and a cell phone. It seemed very unsanitary and unsafe. At one point, the kid actually threw his phone in my friends foot bath! The whole experience cost $25 and yes I still tipped bc that's who I am, but they definitely did not earn my repeat patronage. read more

Tried this place because I was nearby and forgot to schedule an appointment at my normal location. It was very dirty and dark. All the nail polish had dust on them and the cup holder were gross I held my coffee. Part of why I get pedicures is for the foot massage which I did not receive. The women painting my toes had to wipe off every toe. She dug her nails into my skin to wipe of the nail polish. Would not return or suggest this place to anyone else. read more

Rushed and not relaxing at all. Toe nail polish looks like a hot mess. They took way too much of my eyebrows off during the wax process and the chair had something sticky all over it. Asked to shape my cuticles and nails even though I didn't want a manicure and barely took any dead skin off of my nails and I had to go home and re file my nails because they were a mess. I'm terrified to ever go back. 100% TERRIFIED. I went in today on a whim to get a full set because they said they have availability, and they said the wait was 15 minutes. I waited a half hour. Then when I got sat, I was with this girl who applied the fake nails, then we stopped for another good 15 minutes, and she passed me on to someone else. This is where it got bad. This new lady ignored me the whole time and just did my nails, and that's fine.. but it kept hurting extremely bad. Every time she filed my nails, she filed my skin. I even let her know that what she was doing was hurting me, and she said sorry once, but then continued to do it. At the end, a few nails are crooked and the skin under my nails is demolished. It really looks like someone ripped off my real nails to put these fake ones on. They are bleeding, and skin is hanging off where it shouldn't. It's been 8-9 hours since that appointment and my fingers feel like they are on FIRE. They burn, they hurt, they are throbbing, and I am terrified that they are going to get infected now. Besides all of this, when I mentioned this place to my co workers, one said that this is the same place that gave her an infection before! And then ANOTHER co worker said that she had a terrible experience too! I will ONLY be returning to get my refund. The manager offered to "fix" my nails, but I'm too scared of anyone working there to touch my hands. Right now I would rather wrap my fingers up in ugly bandages than show off my pretty nails. I came for a pedicure, eyebrow wax & a pink & white fill-in. I sat in the pedicure chair, she didn't ask me what kind I want. She just gave me a basic pedicure . Then when it was time for the full-in, she told me to sit I. A guys chair, he came in from outside, stated in my face and said I don't do your nails. I replyed, she (pointing to the bad pedicure lady) told me to sit here. He told me "well she told you to sit in the wrong chair" then he walked back outside. My daughter went the there for a pedicure and manicure for Mother's Day! Horrible my ladies spend the entire time up selling me. She pulled the hair on my face trying to sell me a waxing. Marginal and not hygienic. They don't sterilize the equipment between users, but it seems that they do clean the jets to the pedicure chair. I can't tell if it's in between ever user or only at night since I was there fairly early in the day. Got nicked by the woman doing my pedicure and she laughed. I agree with the previous poster- this was my worst manicure ever. I chose a glitter polish and the technician did not shake the bottle so only one nail (a pinky) has glitter and the other are plain. There are bubbles on my thumbnail that give it a rough, uneven look and there are two other nails that have bare spots in the center! Unacceptable. It was a complete waste of my time and money. Worst nail salon I've been to. They didn't understand English. Kept trying to paint my party nail same color. I repeatedly told her I wanted to keep my length but then she filed them all down. Kept filing them square when I showed her before how I wanted them. I said a little rounded and she kept repeating "square." They didn't cut hang nails, nail polish was on my skin. This place gets 0 stars. It is the WORST nail salon I have EVER been to. The girl was in such a hurry to get my nails and toes done. She did everything at the pedicure station so how could she tell she cleared all the dead skin on my nails? She didn't. They look horrible and much like all the other photos posted here. The tech (if she even had a license--I doubt any of them have a license to do nails) was extremely rude and kept trying to up sell me on EVERYTHING. No massage on the hands or legs, no scrubs.
