On 11/28 Black Friday: The salon itself is nice. Tina and Katie were nice. Customer service was nice until I expressed discontent about my nails. I came in with inspo pics for design and color. I asked for a quilted design nail, knitted nail, a flannel design, colored french tip on one nail, one nail with gems and all of them to be polished with matte polish. In the design process of the right middle finger for quilted nail design it wasn't looking good, so before I allowed her to do my left middle finger I asked to hold off until I saw how the right one would look first. This is where things started to take a turn. Another nail tech came over, Katie's twin sister, Hanna. I can only assume they were discussing my nails because Hanna began to ask what did I not like about the nail. I expressed that the bulkiness and lumpiness of the polish and design was what I did not like about it. It wasn't what I expected. Now it's 2 women standing over us; Tina and another employee while Katie and Hanna are working on my hands. Hanna got the drill and took the design off right finger while Katie continued to work on left hand. Tag team! I'm with it!! Happy about it! Until I started to feel tension. The twins were talking amongst themselves in their native language all while still working on my hands. While they're talking and discussing and polishing my nails Katie's now aggressively filing with this electric drill, slapping the nail polish on, and aggressively pushing and pulling my hands. As women, when we're getting our nails done we know when the techs are unhappy is talking about you. I became uncomfortable. The sisters were visibly annoyed and upset. Voices were raised. During the polishing process the sisters are still going at it but not allowing each layer of gel polish to fully cure before asking me to pull my hands out. I expressed to them ok I will but let this layer fully cure. That was an issue obviously because they visibly showed annoyance. Now I'm feeling uneasy. They asked if I was happy with what was done. I expressed my pleasure in the nails that I loved and the ones that I don't love. I gracefully said thank you to everyone. I saw the price $120. I said "now that's unacceptable for a refill and designs". Gracefully, I paid and left. I left feeling like the price was not worth the work. I do not mind the cost of paying for my nails. I am a nail girl!!! These are my natural nails with an overlay. I know what it is to pay $150 on a fresh set with design and gemstones, but this??? No. Update 11/29: Gemstones has fallen off. I called and the store manager who was a gentleman said he'd give the owner my contact info. No call yet. 11/30/25: I went back to the salon to find resolve to the issue. The manager called the owner. They offered to only replace the stones that fallen off. No thank you. Do not go to this place.
When you arrive, be prepared for a potential wait, especially if there are quite a few visitors. However, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Hannah and Sarah, who were truly wonderful. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I felt like I was getting my money's worth. The atmosphere is very classy and calming, which adds to the overall experience.
I went this last Sunday w one of my best friends who swears by this place. Let me start this review with the fact that she didn't realize their closing hours were earlier than the rest of the week... We apologized for coming so late for a mani pedi service (that's an investment in time for the nail techs) and offered to come back on a different day. The manager and staff were so sweet and told us that we were in the salon before closing time, so they had no issues at all taking care of us. We both had 2 staff members working on our hands and feet and were laughing and chatting the entire time. The gentleman who was doing my nails asked me what I wanted. I told him I would like pink and white dip on my fingers. Then he told me that an hombre would look pretty, and pulled out his phone to show me some pics with the pink and white colors. I agreed that was pretty so I said sure go ahead... He starts drilling my nails, and then pulls out the tip set. I looked at him and said, "Oops, wait sir ... I guess I may not have said the right thing, but, I don't want to lengthen them I just want them dipped.". He responds by telling me that dip goes on tips. If I wanted to have my natural length, then he would have to brush on solar nail, I didn't have the option of the dip. By that point I was in the chair and invested... So I said, ok go ahead. More talking and laughter happened as we were just relaxing. I do believe I zoned out all zen-like due to the amazing pedicure that was happening and not really thinking I would have to focus and micromanage what was going on w my hands. He asked me quite a few times if I liked what I saw, all before he started filing. For the most part, I knew they weren't done so I just kinda nodded excited to see the end result. Well... The end result was not what I anticipated. Ya know how sometimes u just gotta wear a set of nails for about 24 hours to let the product settle? Not the case here. Within 24 hours the solar nail has lifted from my cuticle and the sides of my nails. Clearly he didn't drill it close enough to make the edges clean and flush enough with the nail. I work a VERY demanding job (I have already worked 60 hours as of Thursday this week) and had called a few days ago to schedule an appt to get my nails fixed. Well... I had an appt scheduled but had to reschedule due to pop up priority client calls and couldn't make it in until today. I have never had to go back to have my nails corrected, so this was a first time experience... I walked in and the manager recognized me right away (he was the one who was on duty that previous Sunday). He asked me to tell him what I was unhappy with and not only looked at my nails, but also took a picture of them. He then asked me to produce my reciept (no problem) and he took a picture of that. He offered for me to pick out new colors and asked me to please sit at a station while he went to talk to the tech. The tech came over shortly after to look at my nails. He was immediately defensive, aggressive w holding my hand and "looking" at my nails. He kinda scoffed and said, "I did nothing wrong , this is just how ur nails grow!". I was taken aback by his curtness and replied, "This is what about 1.5 weeks of nail growth looks like... It's been 3 days. Not to mention that it's chipped here, pulling up here, and not filed properly here, here, and here." He walked away in a huff while the lady who had done my pedicure was trying to tell me that if I just gave her a moment she would be happy to fix my nails for me. I agreed and sat back down. Next thing I know, he comes back w his nail kit and says... "You shouldn't have to wait. I will do this now for you." Ummm, ok... then when he asks me what I wanted I said, "I would like for you to fix this by doing a dip, like I requested the first time." He scoffed again and said, "That means I have to remove all of this and start all over." "I will charge u full price." At that point I was done. I just stood up and said "I am not going to fight with you. This set was NOT done properly, and I don't have time to go round and round with your hurt feelings. Plain and simple, I just want to leave." I was in complete disgust when I walked out the door and with how willing the manager and the sweet lady who did my pedicure to help were that noone seemed concerned with how he was talking to me nor tried to stop me was surprising. I do understand that when my friend and I went originally it was the end of the day on first day of Daylight Savings Time. As a mother I also understand working full time and having to rush back and forth for family... BUT I didn't ask for a refund or insist I at least get my $20 tip back from him, I just wanted it made right. I am highly disappointed and will not return nor recommend this salon. Even my friend who has been a long term consistent customer at this location will not be returning again. Buyer beware!
Paid $50 ($60 with tip) and left with my skin ripped off and one foot dry as heck as if they only scrubbed my left but not my right.. don't have a lot of free time thanks to a newborn and toddler so I was really excited to take some time to myself but incredibly disappointed and wouldn't recommend.
My experience here today was HORRIBLE!!! I came in & wanted to try gel long nails, well the nail tech (Liza) tries to convince me out of it & wants me to do dip instead I politely decline as that is not what i wanted, she comes back and Rudly brings a receipt and tells me it's going to be a certain price. I really wasn't asking how much it would be i just wanted gel long nails. She starts doing my nails very brutal Mad pulling my fingers at this point I just want to finish nails and leave as i had to get them done today for an event. I will never be back here and do not recommend atleast not liza.
The customer service and service at this nail salon has declined! I have been coming here for almost 3 years now and the last three times I've gotten my nails done, they have lasted 2 weeks! I just got my nails done Sunday and two of the are already lifting! They rush when doing your nails and don't take the time file them evenly or buff out all the lumps and bumps. I will not be returning to this salon ever again! Save your time and your money and go somewhere else Picture: You can see how lumpy and uneven then nails are. Kelly is so sweet, gentle and her attention to detail is extremely appreciated! Anyone can do 5 different nails. But to have all your nails look exactly alike and proportionate takes skill. And she still got me out in less than an hour! My sister has been a loyal customer of hers for 3 years. Now I wouldn't go to anyone else!
I usually try and refrain from posting things but I feel irritated. I asked for a manicure before they did my nails mostly to get my dry skin and cuticles and that didn't happen. Then he drilled my cuticle and made me bleed. My nails didn't look at all even to each other and I had to file them down myself when I got home. I said I wanted square but round edges and my nails were just square. There are black specs in my color. I waved my hands to try and dry them I'm sure that's where they will say it came from. The first color I chose was made fun of so I went with another and that one was made fun of too. I'm not a person who gets her nails done often, not sure I will for a while after this. Thanks!

Would you believe I paid $125 for this set? I'm a particular gal, so I brought my own color base acrylic powder, nail stickers, and my own regular polish for my toes. I came in for an acrylic fill and pedi, and was satisfied with my services. However, I was not satisfied with the price gauging that led to me paying $125 for this very basic set of nails. $5 for a cut down, $10 to repair two nails, ok fine. But charging an extra $40 for chrome and gel? Charging me an extra $25 for designs when I brought my own nail stickers that just needed applying on 6 of my fingers? $45 for a color powder fill instead of $35 for the regular fill when I provided my own powder??? Yeah, they lost a returning customer. Great job, but I left feeling scammed and will never be back. read more

Came here very last minute and they took care of me! My nails are absolutely beautiful! Katie did her thing The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because my big toe has a sore on it from the lady pulling off the dead skin. Other than that, I LOVE this spot read more

Wow! This is truly a gem. I walked in this morning with no appointment. I was greeted by the owner and he quickly sat me down for a dip powder manicure and a pedicure like I asked. I had Helen work on my nails and Tammy on my pedicure. These ladies were amazing! I just moved into the area and I was searching for my perfect nail salon.. I just found it! Can't wait to come back for my next pampering day! read more

Yes! Yes! Yes! I was searching for a salon to do my nails for my wedding and just had the absolute best experience! Everyone there is friendly, they have complimentary drinks, good music, and the atmosphere is perfect. Everyone was really helpful and Tina did an AMAZING job on my nails! Lisa also did a great job on my toes! Thank you to Lisa and Tony for making sure my nails for my wedding are perfect! I'll be back! read more

So I got the dip nails done yesterday and don't get me wrong I LOVE the color and the accent nail, but I really didn't like the experience. ALL they did were the dip nails. No cuticle work, no hand massage, nothing like that. They did file my my nails down to nubs though so there was SOME shaping involved. Plus I felt so judged when a guy came over who worked there and all he said before laughing was "oh your nails are so short!" Plus I'm a tad bit concerned about the hygiene involved in their dip process. They dipped my nails directly into the nail powder container. So I'm really hoping whoever's nails had been dipped in their before were clean! Bottom line, I like the final product that I got on my nails but I didn't like the experience. I felt for as much as I paid there should have at least been something along the lines of cuticle oil. I don't plan on coming back in. read more

I went in today for the first time. They were PACKED! Every single tech was busy. But all the staff still had smiles on their faces and I literally only waited 2 minutes. They listened to what I wanted, cleaned up my nails & cuticles, overall an amazing experience. I will be coming back. Noah, the owner is also super professional and on top of everything. read more

I use to go to them all the time, over the years seems like the people they get just care about getting you out the door. This is the reason I stopped going to them for awhile, I was visiting my mom on that side of town saw they were open needed them done, so why not right??? Nopeeee never again. Don't sit down with the tech Henry, very careless about his work. If I wanted my nails to look like those fake nails put on set I would have gone to Walmart and saved myself 70 dollars. Let me preface this with, I have lived in the area 10+ years, but recently moved to Plano so haven't been back in a more than a year with Covid. Tonight when I went in, I was surprised to find that the owners have changed and Noah is no longer there. He made sure all clients were satisified with their nails. I got there around 6:30pm and had Amy do my pedicure l. I decided to go for the $47 lavender pedicure, so by no means cheap, but she did an ok job but there was barely any nail polish left and she put some drops in the bottle. My left big toe is clumpy and messed up already. (Pic attached). What left a complete bad taste in my mouth, is that the owner would not honor the 15% coupon on their yelp/facebook page. This 15% is for any service over $30 mon-thurs. The lady who checked me out also admitted that they give this coupon to clients when they leave so they can return another time but they didnt have any today. So the new owner, who doesn't appear to be very business savvy, refused to honor the yelp Coupon because she said it was from the previous owner. In 2021, she obviously doesn't know how to manage her social media sites (attaching pics of the coupons). Anyways, because she refused to honor the coupon and $7 discount on my $47 pedicure, she has lost a loyal client for life. Too many nail salons in dfw to deal with her bs! read more

Best manicure (deluxe) and pedicure (lavender) I have ever had. Came in at 2 and got 20% off (noon-3). Lots of beauticians working so we were able to feet and hands done at the same time. THE NEW CHAIRS ARE AWESOME. Massages were awesome. 10/10. read more

Had a good experience with Tiffany! She gave me a regular French for $20 (they also have a 15% off coupon). Nice interior, plenty of drinks they offer you. Only downside is that it started chipping after a day and the pink base she put on my nails kind of shows through the clear unevenly. Wish it lasted longer. read more

ASK FOR NOAH!!! Love this place! It's a little pricey but they always give me coupons for future visits when I go in. It's really clean and comfortable. I love the atmosphere and the upscale decor. And they always do a great job on my mani/pedi (including full set, solar nails, gel, etc). I've tried to frequent other places but Deluxe has pretty much become my "nail place". read more

Affordable, good 'cure, big TVs and pretty girls. Seriously, each technician had a tiny body, great jeans, high heals and a pronounced chest - it was like a Curb Your Enthusiasm episode. Awesome selection of polish. NEW colors too! Like, as new as the colors on the OPI application. The gal did a great job on my nails even though I did steep long enough for the water to get cool. Big TVs all over showing the Food Network. Awesome. read more

Okay I used to like this place bc they do a decent job they're nice and it's very close to my apartment. I will never go back here after today. There were huge mosquitoes flying around that ATE UP my ankles while getting a manicure. I was itching and swelling up like crazy. Sorry for the stubbly legs in the pics but that's how bad the bites were. I have at least 8 bites. I literally can't believe they were that many and they were that huge in there. Then when my nails were done I was so upset bc they ended up having speckling all throughout . They lady said it wasn't her fault and it was bad gel. I'm sorry then throw it out??? I included pics for references. She then tried to cover it w another color and I didn't like it. I straight up told them this isn't the color I asked for. So I left with half undone nails and mosquitoes bites covering my ankles. Time to look for a new nail salon read more

Got my done last week by Kent. He's very good and friendly. Noah use to do my nails but now he manages the salon. If you need your nails filed a specific way or feel like they aren't filed right, please just let Noah know. He's a filing master and will make sure your nails are filed the way they should look. read more

Noah, is the King of Nails. I was very impressed by the pictures posted by his current clients so I decided to give him a try this past Friday for an upcoming wedding. It has been years since I have worn nails due to the lack of cleanliness within prior salon facilities and service. Once I arrived I explained to Noah that I only had an hour window and needed to arrive at DFW International Airport at 5:30. He told me that it wouldn't be a problem.......Not only did my coffin nails look fabulous, I was able to make a advance appointment for my daughter and arrive at the airport on time. 2+ years I've been here and I still love. They have so many colors to choose from regardless if it's regular polish, gel or dip. They have also updated their pedicure chairs recently (very comfortable). Lisa is the main reason I keep coming back though. She goes the extra mile for me. Every nail technician I've been to have always said "ok now go was your hands for me". Not Lisa. She brings a hot towel to wipe my hands and a dry one for when she's done. If my hands are extra dry she will give me a quick hand/arm message (a minute-ish per arm but still!). They also give you a 15% off card so it makes new dip $29. read more

Been here twice now and loved my experience both times! Very clean and beautifully decorated interior, has been adequately staffed every time I've visited, and staff responds to what you want as far as your nail preference. I haven't found a nail salon since moving to Texas a year and a half ago and this one has definitely became my new nail salon! read more
