Located on Arapaho near Hillcrest in a lively shopping strip mall, this nail salon is easy to find and access. Parking is plentiful and free. While it's best to make and have an appointment, they do take walk-in, but you may have to wait over 30 minutes for service. I rolled the dice and took my chances and showed up without one. Even though I had to wait, they invited me to choose my nail color from the wall shelf and sit in a massage/salon chair where I could at least turn on the automatic massage feature on my chair and enjoy the rolling and kneading mechanism until a nail technician was available. There was also a home renovation show playing on the television with the captions on to help pass the time. Whether you have an appointment or not, you will check in at the front desk with your cell phone number. A laminated menu is provided with detailed descriptions allowing you to choose the nail services you want. Some use paraffin wax, hot stones, a variety of fragrances like lavender or vanilla, and different amounts of time for massage. The price for these services is also clearly labeled so that you know what you will be spending. Prices seemed reasonable with basic manis and pedis starting around $45. The place has been decorated with pink and black and has a chic feel with the crystal chandeliers and the cute French street mural on the entry wall. My technicians worked diligently and communicated mostly through hand gestures. I was okay with this since I really wanted to lie back and relax. My manicurist was amazing. She was very detailed and did an amazing job in precisely coloring my nail beds. They do a fine job here. You will get quality service and a decent value for money here. read more

I was greeted immediately and they were so accommodating to take me as a walk in. I got a gel x manicure and a pedicure. I got seated right away, and my nail tech asked me about designs so we spent some time going over my inspo pics and settling on b the perfect design. She was quick but also did an excellent job. I wanted short, thin, natural looking nails and she delivered! The service was great ! The music was BANGER !! They kept playing hits and i found the nail lady and myself singing along and dancing to it. I got a lavender pedicure by Lindsey and it was very good ! I usually go to a different place that's too far now so i decided to try this place out and it did NOT disappoint. The pedicure was good, perfect temperature for the water, the people working there were very nice and the manager periodically checked in with each guest. I usually get a white French pedicure but i decided on black for the first time and Lindsey hand painted the French ! I was very impressed because they came out perfectly ! I had to get acrylic because one of my big toe tails was super short from my pedicure being ripped off a few weeks ago but she was very gentle and it had healed enough to get another pedi. Only thing, the massage could've had more pressure but the pedicure itself was perfect. I will definitely be coming back! I wasn't able to use the first time client discount since i didn't know but make sure you ask about it ! read more

Let me preface by saying I have dry skin and I bite my nails (I know, I know ‍ ) Anyway Tara did such a good job, you couldn't even see where I pick at my cuticles. Also she really glues the nail tips on strong so along with the dip they should hold w my bad habit! Celine was SO KIND, she came with sweet positive energy on a very busy/hectic time of the day. Stumbled across this spot after a lunch date, the water wouldn't heat to full capacity because of the freeze that just occurred but they let their service make up for it. I went to this salon for the first time on 10/30. The technician pushed for me to do gel X for the first time and so I did, trusting their judgement that it was "better" for my nails. A week later they began to lift as you can tell from the pictures attached. If I'm going to pay over $80 for a set I would expect them to last longer than a week. Pretty odd. Called and asked about yelp special. Advised to just make them aware when I got there. One of the managers said this is not accurate" we couldn't make money if we honored this special" I was like huh? Another manager came and honored it. No apology from the other guy or anything. My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. They will charge me if I am late but give 15% off if they are late as well. First appt was ok but they were late. I had to wait about 15 or 20 min. The appt for hard gel I had took 3 hours! Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!
