Do not go here the customer service is horrible and rude , and they charge you for things you don't ask for . I called and made and appointment for acrylic nails , I got there and again told them acrylic. they did my nails and after wards I see the menu at the desk with acrylic crossed off. I asked why it was crossed off when that is what I got , they told me that they don't do acrylic . This was after my nails were already done with a more expensive gel that they used without my knowledge. Businesses can not give a higher priced product without consent. I asked for the price to be of the acrylic because they did this without asking , the owner of the salon claims she told me on the phone that they do not do acrylic, she did not. She loudly said in the salon that she wasn't going to argue with me in front of a fully packed place, she only took $15 off when it was $20 she was suppose to. There is a sign on the salon window that sales acrylic nails. They talk about you in their language and make fun of you as well. They also tried giving my 9 year old niece a more expensive pedicure when she was getting a princess pedicure, luckily my mom stopped them . They over pack it there to the event that their customer service is horrible along with oh the service of the product because they're rushing. I'm never going there again and highly don't recommend this place. read more

Took my daughter for a mani/pedi for her birthday March 12/23 and not impressed. Pedicure was ok, but they didn't put the dryer on my daughter's feet and moved her right away causing her still wet toes to get damaged. Had to be retouched to repair. I was getting acrylic nails, which are not holding up well days after being done. One is separating from the nail bed, so it catches on my clothes, one has bubbles and another you can see the line where the acrylic was affixed to the nail. I suspected the result was not going to be good as the technician was very distracted running the shop and had to get up multiple times to manage issues. Paid over $200 for the two of us, but I'll never go back to this shop. read more

Deluxe Naold had mainly excellent technicians in my experience but be prepared to navigate an alien even hostile reception if you are not a regular. Sometimes it's a phrase or two from the presiding duty manager ; other times it's that plus an array of unfriendly glares from 25 or so employees bent over their clients' hands as though you are an intruder from another galaxy determined to do them harm . On a more recent visit having called in advance to make an appoinment for an aesthetic service I have had in the past , I felt like I was in a police station with not only the expected sour grimaces and frosty chill in the air but the manager actually bellowing at me about what band when and ..so on. I should not have engaged and humiliated myself .next time ...no there won't be a next time . That finding compatibility and an acceptable level Of hospitality at Deluxe is such a reach makes me wonder how this nasty showmanship --that goes into each hostile triage before the actual appointment --is tolerated by anyone else. read more

Got a pedicure with my daughter not long ago. We made an appointment for 3:45 and we arrived about 3:30. We did not get seated till after 430, so apparently appointment times arnt important. The nail tech I had was so rough and filed down my nails way too much I was in so much pain leaving and only got worse. The nails were so tender. They do not use new and clean equipment, I asked the lady doing my daughters to change her file as it looked gross and she rolled her eyes. Will not be back. read more

Deluxe nails and spa It was very clean and very gorgeous, although you could easily notice that the tools they were using were not new just like they should be for ever new client. Other then that it was very clean and they Were very friendly. Some of the nail technicians could speak English better than others but overall you can understand what they are saying. It's only four stars for me because of the equipment they were using, because it wasn't brand new equipment for every client such as the nail file the nail buffer they should be brand new for every client but they weren't you could tell they were used on other clients. read more

Worst experience ever went to get manicure and pedicure for a wedding I was standing in back in July. During my pedicure the guy doing it cut my big toe while filing, tired to hide it from me. Then my manicure was all different lengths and shapes. On top of it all they still charged me for my pedicure even after the guy clearly cut me, you know it's bad when they hand you a handful of bandages. They just told me that all services are subject to charge, even thought they cut you. read more

Did my acrylic refill there 10 days ago. Not happy with the quality nor the customer service. A nail broke and when I came back to fix it, I was told to wait 15 minutes for the technician to come, a few minutes later two ladies came in for acrylic sets and had no appointments. They were served right away while I was waiting and when I asked the lady why I wasn't served first as I came first she said its our rule that full sets go first.
