I had a very frustrating experience at Luxury Nails and Spa and will not be returning. I came in for a pedicure and full set, looking forward to finally treating myself. During the pedicure, I clearly asked for an overlay on my big toes and explained exactly why I wanted it. The nail tech refused and decided he knew better, even after I explained my reasoning. Then, when it was time to polish, he told me my toes weren't "square enough" for French--again, the exact issue I tried to fix by requesting the overlay. Instead of listening, he painted them white anyway. Only after noticing I was irritated did he offer to redo it, but by then the damage was done. At that point, I canceled my full set because I was already annoyed and felt completely ignored. I also didn't feel comfortable expressing my frustration the way I wanted to without being negatively perceived, which made the situation even worse. The front desk offered to start over, but I had already been there over an hour and had to go to work. Despite the poor service and wasted time, they still charged full price. This experience wasn't relaxing--it was frustrating and honestly disappointing. I felt dismissed, unheard, and like my preferences didn't matter at all. I know my own nails, and I shouldn't have to argue to get a basic service done the way I requested. They later offered a small refund for the polish, but that doesn't fix the experience. If you value being listened to as a customer, I would not recommend this place. read more

I used to visit this nail salon regularly. I even recommended them to others. The service I received recently was subpar. I contacted them about my concerns, and the exchange was unprofessional at best. I'm being gracious because I understand language barriers may be part of it as well. What a great find! We grabbed a gyro at Mama's Gyro Cafe (fantastic by the way) and the girl at the counter had beautiful nails. She told us she goes to Luxury Nails just down the road. The Spa is big, clean and a relaxing atmosphere. My tech was Tony. He did a great job, my Moms tech was Dillon whom she was very happy with. read more

Looking for a new nail salon as I just moved to Arkansas, I found Luxury Nails and Spa. Luckily they were open on a Sunday, which many salons are not! I arrived a few minutes before 1 pm (the time they open on Sundays) and was the first one to be seated and served. I did not make an appointment. I unfortunately did not get the girls name who did my nails, but she was the younger one out of them all (she has braces if that helps). She did an excellent job, I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. The staff(likely) the owners have no problem being rude to customers because they seem to believe there is a end clientele pool. If you ask simple questions they get defensive and dismissive. They talk about customers in a rude fashion while not speaking English. I feel badly for their workers because most do good work and are kind. BUT DON'T QUESTION ANYTHING or you'll get that dismissive treatment. Bad customer service!!! read more

Best nail salon I've been to yet. Sometimes it's hard to understand what they are saying, though. However the lady who checked me in was polite and took good care of me. I was seen almost immediately, after I arrived. The gentleman who did my nails was gentle, not once hurt me and did one hell of a job on my nails. I discovered Luxury Nails by chance after having several unsatisfactory pedicures at McCain Mall nail salon. I have been treated with respect every time I've been to luxury nails they are excellent at painting and trimming my toenails. They do their utmost to please their customers. It is often too hard to reach them by phone so I generally make an appointment by stopping by. It is a family run business and they take pride in their work. read more

Male employee here was or maybe even owner was extremely rude to my 3 year old granddaughter...I have spent lots of $ here on my nails but they just do an OK job and I WON'T be back and I advise others to also go to a different nail place! There's a nail place on every corner and you don't have to put up with poor customer service! stopped by here on my way home and got a full set acrylics done on Saturday. by Tuesday 2 nails had broken so on Wednesday i went to a salon in conway to get them fixed/ polish change. not even after 3 hours after getting my nails fixed, ANOTHER nail has broken (not the ones i has just gotten fixed, one of the nails this salon had given me). so at this point i'm really irritated. tell me why it's thursday night and i'm laying in bed rn and ANOTHER NAIL this salon has applied has just fallen off as well. THATS FOUR TOTAL IN LESS THAN A WEEK. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND. guess i should mention my nail tech wasn't friendly either. he rushed the process, cut my finger while filing my nail, and kept yanking my hands. wish i could give half a star rating because i've never had this issue ANYWHERE else. do better. read more
