1 Star - Horrible Customer Service & Inexperienced Nail Techs…read more I had an absolutely terrible experience at Lee Nails. I went in for a dip powder manicure with an almond shape, and the nail tech clearly had no idea what he was doing. The shape was completely off, and the dip application was uneven, bumpy, and didn't even start at my nail bed. I patiently waited for the second dip coat, hoping it would fix the mess, but it only got worse. When I politely pointed out the issue, the tech became extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of fixing his mistakes, he aggressively cut off my almond tips, removed the dip, turned off his light, and walked away--completely dismissing me as a customer. No apology, no solution, nothing. I have never felt so disrespected at a salon before. The customer service here is non-existent, and the lack of professionalism is shocking. If you're looking for quality nails and decent treatment as a paying customer, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will NEVER return.

They don't have a ton of gel color options, though was happy to see a few OPI brand choices. There is a good selection of regular nail polish colors. It seemed sanitary, as they lined the pedicure bowls with plastic for each person. Maybe try their pedicure but definitely don't recommend getting gel polish.

They did not properly clean the nails but just slopped nail polish on a poorly prepared base and left the big glob to dry. The pedicure was the same with nail polish not even covering parts of the toes. I would honestly be ashamed to do this bad of a job. I noticed that other people commented on the vibe of the shop and I have to agree that it is unpleasant. Another customer brought her own nail polish and the young woman working with her "rolled her eyes" and "sighed" and let her contempt be known behind the woman's back. So let me start by saying I've been here about five times before and never had any issues. The vibe was completely off, and the attitude of the woman who did my toes was, in my opinion as a paying customer, unacceptable from start to finish. She barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed when I asked her to cut my toenails shorter than I initially thought I wanted them. It was still early in the pedicure process, so there should not have been any issue accommodating that request. While filing, she filed directly into my skin and I physically pulled away. There was no acknowledgment or apology. Then she placed the hot stones immediately and directly onto my leg, and when I flinched and verbally said "ow" because they were extremely hot, again there was no apology or acknowledgment whatsoever. On top of that, there was little to no effort put into the massage portion of the spa pedicure -- which is honestly the main reason most people upgrade to the spa package in the first place. The massage lasted maybe a minute or two per leg with no real pressure or effort. Then I apparently committed the crime of asking for a second coat of the polish I brought with me. That request was met with an eye roll. The worst part, though, was how rushed the UV curing process was. Instead of allowing the full recommended cure time, she repeatedly pulled the lamp away early. Because of that lack of attention to detail, the polish on my pinky toe literally came off in my hand while I was checking whether it had cured properly. Still no apology. No acknowledgment. Just visible annoyance that she had to redo her own work. Even after redoing it, she again failed to properly cure the clear coat, color, and top coat until I finally had to directly ask her to allow the polish to fully cure. She also ignored my request to add another coat of polish to that nail the same way she had done on the others. To make matters worse, she then left me sitting there with the UV lamp still on for about six minutes for what should have only been a 90-second cure while she started another client next to me. It felt extremely rude and dismissive. For context, I was not rude at any point. I simply asked for things I wanted as a paying customer while also providing my own materials. And let's also note -- I do my own nails at home, so I understand the process, proper cure times, and the basics of good nail service. Knowing that someone is intentionally rushing through your service and being openly rude for no reason is incredibly frustrating. When I went to pay, I spoke to the woman at the front who finally acknowledged that my nails were cured and ready. There was no normal assistance out of the chair or general courtesy that I saw other techs providing to other customers throughout the salon. I did mention my concerns, and her response was basically to ask for someone else next time. Even after they clearly recognized this technician's lack of professionalism and courtesy, I still tipped her -- even though, honestly, the service did not warrant one. Yet again, there was no thank you, no acknowledgment, nothing. I've been to many salons before, and even on bad days I've had far better experiences than this. I'm highly disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning. Shame how one bad experience can ruin it....

We arrived early and picked out our colors. My daughter was taken over to start her pedi at 6pm. I could see they were backed up and I wasn't started until 6:15. By that time my daughter was moving on to her mani...fast forward to 6:45 and I'm still getting a pedi. They close at 7pm so unfortunately I didn't get to hang with my daughter and I didn't get a manicure. I love my pedi and have been happy previous visits. Don't make a late appointment unless you're ok with skipping a service.

She said she doesn't do gel pedicures and went on and on about how bad it is for your toes because you have to drill the polish off. That is false you I know because I only get gel manicures and pedicures. I just agreed to the polish because I wanted a pedicure and she won't do gel ‍. Monday 5/8 notice one of my toes is messed up. (I had socks and sneakers on the previous day.) I tried to contact the salon and they were closed. I called on Tuesday to explain about my one of my toes and how one of my finger nails the gel polish is chipped. I explained the extreme displeasure because gel polish is supposed to last up to 2 weeks (they even have a sign that says so). I made an appointment for Sunday 5/14 to get it fixed because that was my next day off. I wake up and on Wednesday and see another nail is chipped. . Fine I said to myself you have an appointment. Fast forward to Thursday 5/11. My nails at this point look like I've had the polish on for 3 1/2 weeks and dragged my finger on cement on two fingers and one finger is mildly chipped. I call Holly and explain I don't want them to redo it the quality is extremely poor I want my money back. She tells me to come in so she can see the nails. Even longer story short... Holly (the owner and the person who did my nails) says that if all 10 nails were chipped then she would give me my money back but it's only 3 so let her fix it. When I say one nails is bad there is almost 1/4 of the polish missing from it. Then tells me she didn't say gel polish lasts for 2 weeks. THERE IS A SIGN IN THE FRONT THAT SAYS THAT. There is also a sign of their price list that has gel pedicure on it (that she refuses to do). She took a marker out in front of me and crossed it out. After going back and forth she then started blaming me for the polish chipping because I didn't come back in 24 hrs. They were closed on Monday and when I spoke to her Tuesday she just wanted to make another appointment. She refused to give me my money back and after I agreed for her to fix it on Sunday she continued to blame me saying that I could have done anything to cause the chipping. No I didn't! The quality of work and horrible customer service deserves zero stars and they do not deserve your money.

There is now a lovely girl at the front desk who set me up for my appointment when I called, checked me in when I arrived, and signed me up for their new rewards program. I followed Jay from DaVi nail in brick. He is absolutely amazing at what he does. Any time i want a new style i found on Pinterest Jay executes it perfectly. Always friendly and on time. I stated I prefer appointment. Arrived, plenty of parking. Salon was busy, lots of clients. Thought to myself, ok good sign so far. Greeted at the desk. Instructed to wash my hands and pick a color. No other guidance. I walked into salon, looking for a sink. Sink located halfway into the salon. I didn't see any nail color bottles. So I had to go to the front desk and ask where are the nail colors. Directed to the nail color books on a shelf by the entrance. Picked my color, was seated at a station. Shortly afterwards, asked to move to another station. Manicurist I specifically requested she focus on my cuticles. Manicure took maybe 10 minutes. Proceed to pedicure. Toe nails looked good, even though I still had some rough skin patches on the soles of my feet. I looked at my finger nails and disappointed. My nails and hands shouldn't look like immediately after a manicure. Went to drying station for a few minutes. Went to pay, I was asked for my tickets. I wasn't given tickets. Cashier has to go to manicurists to get tickets. Appointment was for 2pm and paid by 2:34pm on receipt. The actual time was about 2:45pm. Expensive manicure that looked horrible. I asked for regular manicure and pedicure- charged for upgraded nail service. Nothing upgraded about my manicure, I would say the exact opposite, definite downgrade. As a first time client, a little bit more guidance on where the sink and colors are. Manicure needs to be done properly. My finger nails already chips by the evening.
