Does she not understand I know she's talking about me to someone else! She did it repeatedly! I am done with the sarcastic attitudes... I can take my money somewhere else, and not be talked about! Update: I was "allowed" to go back to the salon to get my nails that were not done correctly and…read morehurt me, to get them fixed. My regular nail tech spent 30 minutes fixing my nails. The owner barely shaped my nails or cleaned up cuticles the first time. I said thank you twice to him as I was leaving and he just stared at me. THEN HE FOLLOWED ME OUT TO MY CAR AND TOLD ME THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO COME BACK BECAUSE OF THIS REVIEW. Totally unprofessional. The owner was also talking about me in his native language to another nail tech and acted as if I didn't know. Lastly, he was never a nice person to me or my mom when we would come in. I have tried this place a few times now. I specifically request to have my pedicure done by a specific nail tech. Every time I go I end up not being with who I request. The male owner always jumps in and does my pedicure. He does not properly cut my nails. Then he passes me off to someone else for the polish. The polish job is so bad it looks like a toddler did it. I called to have my pedicure redone and the owner is only "allowing" me to have my nails polished again by the specific person I always request. I am done paying money for a service that does not meet my expectations and does not honor my request. I will not recommend this place to anyone ever again.

When I got there, I was told I'd have to wait 45 minutes for a pedicure or come back in two hours for a pedicure and full set. This was very disappointing and disrespectful of my time. They should have told me the actual availability when I called instead of having me rush over just to wait. It feels like they misled me so they wouldn't lose business. I'm still waiting, so my expectations for the quality of service are high and I'll update once I see the results.

It is however not understandable, nor is it professional for the stylist to be defensive when communicating what she did not do as asked from a previous visit. After investing time and a fair share of appointments (enough for what I wanted and what she could do) the final blow was when once again expressing how I wanted my hair done (and the owner butting in - felt ganged up on, stay in your lane) and being told - If you don't like how I do your hair you can go somewhere else.
