As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and directed to select our polishes. They were able to immediately seat us in the pedicure chairs and have a staff member work on us right away. The staff was very friendly and attentive, checking in to make sure we got the manicures and pedicures we wanted. The pedicure was very typical to what you'd expect at any other nail salon, finished with hot towels wrapped around your shins. Tools they used were clean, and they had great attention to detail. I wasn't a fan of the massage chair, as it felt very weak and beeped every time I pressed a button. Wasn't awful, but I've experienced better. There's plenty of magazines to read and also a live television to watch while you are waiting (the local news was on when I was in). Purity Nails advertises their gift certificates, but those expire 6 months after purchase. If you end up getting one, I'd highly recommend paying very close attention to the expiration date! Their prices are great. They have three tiers of manicures and pedicures. At the lowest level, you can get a regular manicure for $12 and a spa pedicure for $22. I'm pretty sure there's a discount for the women's manicure and pedicure ($32 for the combo, but don't quote me on that). I only say that because a men's manicure and pedicure is $35, and the men's spa pedicure a la carte is $25 instead of $22 for women's. Good value, will return for nail services when I'm in town!

My toenails are barely painted in a straight line. Also, during it my friend realized the polish was way too white after they put on 1 coat on a couple of toes. When she asked for a color underneath the lady lost her mind and was aggressively beating her toes trying to get the color off. She then proceeded to berate her for not getting gel on her toes. If that wasn't uncomfortable enough... As we were leaving we go to pay and the lady is screaming at us asking about Venmo or cash. Apparently the only way to tip is by using one of the above. At that point I just wanted to leave. So while we're being accosted to scan their Venmo code each person is looking over my shoulder at my phone while I type in the number for tip. Did I only tip 5 dollars? Yes, because I felt so awkward watching someone type in the number on my Venmo. Also, I forgot to add my friend couldn't get her Venmo to load and was promising she would tip when she got service.
