They are very clean, the salon has single use packets of nail equipment and the pedicure chairs use liners. Also they offer complimentary drinks. WORST nail experience I've ever had!! If I could give 0 stars I would. After 3.5 HOURS at 9:30pm I told her to stop. It would have been another 45 min to finish and I was just getting a basic full set. Nothing crazy and not even a pedicure!! She tore up my nail beds to the point my fingers were throbbing, even the next morning! She made my cuticles bleed too!! And she put tips on top of tips and they started separating immediately after they dried!! And she still charged me $50!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

I walked in feeling hopeless about the condition of my feet (you know when you get a pedicure, and you immediately feel like you need another one?) but Ms. Kim gave me the best pedicure of my life. She was detail oriented and so thorough! As others have said, this isn't a quick in and out service. Ms. Kim is focused on giving you the best quality possible. My feet are like brand new. Never have experienced anything like it. And don't even get my started on how sweet and genuine of a person she is. Spending time with her was just as special as my pedicure results! Took extra care of my elderly moms nails, they last long time. Very pleased with her dedication and skilled training.

I went to get a pedicure and she literally took 2 hrs. She doesn't do pedicures the right way she did everything dry didn't even let me put my feet in the water to soak, she didn't even use a pumice stone she used a dremel for everything my feet were burning it was so painful!! Yea my feet are super smooth, but I wanted to soak my feet and feel relaxed, this was very bad experience I would not return. And on top of that she over charged me, the price was supposed to be 30$ plus 15$ she s as I'd for removing the extra dry skin, but she ended up charging me 60$ she lied to my face!! She doesn't know how to give a pedicure, sorry, but no. Maybe she thought I wasn't going to tip her? So she over charged me? For that price I could of gotten something way better!!! No soak, no hot towel wrap, no intense massage, bad experience. Worst pedicure ever!!! I will never return!! read more

Don't judge a book by the cover. I walked in and the furniture is not the most updated, and she doesn't use liners, however, her pedicure tub was spotless. She took off the knobs inside the tub where the hair resides and it was spotless. I was hesitant at first, but let me tell you, this lady is good! My feet had not been pampered in over a month and when she finished my feet look like a baby's butt, so smooth. Not a typical nail salon! Kim is highly experienced, and has taught in NYC. She does a meticulous job. Her gel manicure can be done in clear, and then regular polish put over it as a temporary so you can change colors if you want, while the clear gel base looks lovely, clean and classic underneath so you can take the top color off and wear that natural look as well. There is NO LIFT around the edges of your gel. she will clean up your clear base and fill in the new growth if you wish, avoiding the soaking and scraping every 3 weeks! I have never had anyone tell me this before, and I love it! Not a chip, or crack or any peeling whatsoever. She is also an amazing person. read more
