I came here about four days ago for a basic pedicure with gel polish on my toes. The same day I got it done, the gel polish peeled off right in the middle of my big toe. Anyone who gets gel knows that should absolutely not happen, especially the same day. I went back the next day and explained what happened. They fixed it without any issues, which I appreciated, and I assumed it was just a curing mistake. However, only two days after getting it fixed, the polish chipped and peeled again in the exact same spot. At this point, it's clear this isn't a one-time mistake. It feels like they use low-quality gel polish or don't apply it properly. What makes this more frustrating is the price -- it was around $110 for me and my boyfriend to get basic pedicures. He didn't even get polish, and I still couldn't get gel to last more than a couple of days. For the cost, I expected much better quality and durability. Been coming here for YEARS. Will not be back after tonight. My daughter and I always looked forward to this time together so we come together. They've always been very accommodating in the past, however; tonight, they took 4-5 pedicures that came in AFTER us before even getting to us. This is the 2nd time it's happened. Really enjoyed my first experience there! My friend and I had to wait a little bit even though we had an appointment, but not too long. The nail techs were very friendly and did a fantastic job. I agree the place could be cleaner (a complaint on some other reviews) but it's one of the best mail jobs I've had done! read more

Use to love this place... about five years ago and that seems to be the last time they replaced their nail polish too... told me they didn't have enough people to give my daughter a pedicure after we already called and scheduled a head. My toe polish was so thick it wouldn't dry, the man had to repaint my toes twice because he thinned the nail polish so much it was just remover. only giving two stars because the color is pretty. i got cut multiple times while he was not only buffing but just using nail clippers to trim my natural nails. he clipped my skin twice and then cut my cuticles multiple times and when they started bleeding he just ignored it and kept filing. the shapes are all different and three are sideways. it's definitely not the way my fingers are either. and it was way overpriced for what i could get cheaper and better outcomes in west chester or monroe. read more

I have seen Tina here several times. I have always been happy with my polish. A single time, my polish was a little dented because it had not fully dried, but they got me in very quickly for a repair and my nails looked just lovely afterward-perfect. The girl who did the nail repair was friendly and did a great job. I think the place has a friendly family feel. Also, I always see the men and women who work there cleaning while I am there. Places like this get a lot of wear and tear on them, but they always are cleaning. As a nurse, cleanliness is important, so I feel they are doing what they need to do to keep customers safe. I see some of the other negative reviews about wait time. I make appointments and my wait times-when I have waited-have been minimal. Sometimes, businesses have to stagger service, appointments don't show up, etc., some services take longer than expected, etc. You really have to plan for that. It is the same when I get my hair done at another place. sometimes I get right in, sometimes I wait a little, you have to really expect this in these days and times and plan for it. I think the salon has a lot of color selections, and Tina has always done a great job. I always geet a greeting when I get there and sign in and they always maintain a professional demeanor. I am happy with this place. Parking has been easy in front or out back. It is the right place for me. I would recommend giving them a try. read more

I made an appointment for 5:15. Arrived on time and signed in. They were busy. After 15 minutes someone asked if she could help me. I told her I had an appointment at 5:15. Another 15 minutes came and went. A lady walked in, was greeted right away and taken back! I stood up and told the girl I had been waiting and she rudely said that the lady had an appointment! I said I did too! I left, went to Eden Nails on E. Main and was taken. Awesome place. Don't waste your "time" on Eden Nails. read more

I never have a bad experience here. Every technician is excellent and easy to work with. If you are unhappy or want to change something while your mani/pedi is being done, just speak up and they will go out of their way to make sure you are pleased with their work. I am picky so this is a must for me! I only go here for my SNS and I always leave happy. read more

Dirty and uncleanly feel. Bathroom is really gross. They have terrible time management and no respect for customers time. I used to like going here pre 2020. Tried after they reopened with my girls but didn't care for the shower curtains between us. Decided to try tgem again recently before vacation. We waited 2 hours to be seen. They sat us in chairs like it wouldn't be too long. We didn't leave because I had promised my little girls and it was the night before we were leaving. I asked them specifically if it was always this long of wait they suggested to come in the morning. So a month later I decide I will give them 1 more chance. I get there at 1015. Thry seem busy but decided to wait. They never tell you it will be a long wait. They never care about anyones time. 90 minutes later when they skipped over us for someone that supposedly had an appt I was done and left. I will never be back. read more

This was my first visit at this nail salon and I got a pedicure and manicure. I thoroughly enjoyed everything about my pedicure and the lady taking care of me put in quality time and effort to make sure I was satisfied. My manicure was a new type of nail alternative called SNS that is not a a gel and not an acrylic, but a more natural combination of the two. I have yet to ever see another place with this option and I definitely love it because it's natural! Everyone at this place was super nice and well spoken. I was very impressed with everything. Was very disappointed with the service here. I walked in at 10:05am on saturday and was told the wait time would be 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes i was finally sat at a seat. I told them i just wanted a gel french manicure on my own nails. I ended up getting SNS powder, which I didn't want. My nails look fake and the powder is way too thick. Also the man that did them told me it was hard to work with black powder, that's why they look messy. After spending $60 in an establishment and leaving unhappy, I had to give one star. I had been going to Deluxe Nail Spa for awhile, they were super friendly and my nails were good when I first started going. Then my nails started to always pop off, they were starting to cost a lot more than normal. Then my most recent and last experience here was horrific. I don't know why I honestly tipped because he was horrible. I went with my friend and we were sitting together while I was getting my nails done just talking about our boyfriends etc. the man 1. Was constantly on his cell phone which was annoying and then he answered a call from his mom, and messed up my nails. I was getting red SNS and wanted one gold finger. He made all of them red, he did ask if I wanted him to fix it but I was just ready to leave and it was one nail so whatever. Then 2. He gave me oval nails when I asked for almond. And last but not least the reason I will never go back 3. he asked what we were doing after our nails and I said going back to my boyfriends to change my oil and he then ask "how old are you?" I say 18 he then said "yeah right you're going to your boyfriends for a quickie. I'm shocked and just ready to leave so I don't say anything. He then ask my friend how old she was and said "it's all fun to have a quickie as long as you don't catch a souvenir". Beyond disrespectful and unprofessional so I will never go back. read more
