I showed her a few pictures but left it mostly to her decision seeing as she's the expert. I was so happy with the outcome. My hair was exactly how I wanted and didn't fall out in the middle of the night or feel stiff from hairspray. My makeup was perfect and lasted all night. I'm so glad that I decided to leave it in someone else's hands so that I didn't need to stress out on my special day. Casey was super nice and gave me tips throughout. I will definitely go to Casey again next time I have an event.

Anyone who gets gel knows that should absolutely not happen, especially the same day. I went back the next day and explained what happened. They fixed it without any issues, which I appreciated, and I assumed it was just a curing mistake. However, only two days after getting it fixed, the polish chipped and peeled again in the exact same spot. At this point, it's clear this isn't a one-time mistake. It feels like they use low-quality gel polish or don't apply it properly. What makes this more frustrating is the price -- it was around $110 for me and my boyfriend to get basic pedicures. He didn't even get polish, and I still couldn't get gel to last more than a couple of days. For the cost, I expected much better quality and durability. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I was booked with Madison King - she was phenomenal from the PREconsultation email to actually doing my hair - she let me know what she was doing every step of the way!
