Had a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. The lady said she had a new way of doing acrylic…read morenails, and it would be better for my nails and look more natural. Both services were rushed, and cost $165. When I got home I realized they caused an open blister to my toe. I left for vacation the next day, and the blister was painful the entire time we were gone. To make matters even worse, I also lost six of the acrylic before we made it back home. I've never had that happen. I definitely didn't get what I paid for, and will never return to their business.

I wpndered if it was a family operation. The young guy did my feet and he was fantastic. Very gentle. Usually pedis hurt a bit since i Usually on verge of ingrown toenail. This guy did the usual but was so careful. Might have found a new fav place. The lady did my mani. She was also good but not as gentle. Plus she totally cuticle shamed me. She fussed at me about my cuticle and pointed out the cuticle remains on her towel. Lol never been fussed at in a manicure.

I've been pleased with her prices as they are better than anywhere else I've been. Kim also takes the time to do things right instead of doing them the faster, easier way. She is also really good about fitting me in when I need her to. The salon is the cleanest I've seen too! They use new files for each customer & sanitize like crazy lol! I find myself coming to the salon often enough that I consider Kim a friend now :)

So I swore not to get another short haircut again. Then came last week. It's summer and sweltering hot here most of the time, so I debated whether to just get a few inches trimmed or a long bob (my hair was about waist length). The salon itself is quite dainty, both interior and exterior. The service is great but best of all, I love love love my haircut! I chose the long bob, which is not as short as a bob, but because of Steve's amazing haircutting skills, I would trust him with it. He's very attentive, and actually listens to his clients. I showed him a photo of the haircut I wanted and how I wanted it to look styled and not styled (for those lazy days I don't style my hair) and it was exactly what he gave me. He even gave me a few tips and tricks about keeping volume (which my hair lacks of). Me and my husband just moved from Los Angeles to SW Ohio, and it took me years to find a good hairstylist in LA that I can trust. I am so happy right now it didn't take me that long to find one here.
