They always have walk-in ability which is nice. Staff is nice. Only thing I noticed it was dirty. They used the same towels, Ect to do several people. I feel the area should be wiped w disinfectant after each person. read more

I just came to this location for the first time on Friday with my sister to get SNS on our natural nails. They sat me down and one of the employees were bouncing back and forth between me and another girl. The employee didn't ask what shape nails I wanted she just started shaping them for me and she never cut my cuticles. She messed my index nail up four times and when she was done she barely let my clear coat dry before she put the oil on my nails and said to rub them together at which point I smudged most of my left nails and the thumb on my right. She only redid three of my nails on my left hand. It took my sister almost an hour before she was even sat down and they only had 2 other women ahead of her that were already started when we got there. When everything was done and ready to be paid for they charged me $43 and my sister $40 after being there for two hours. We both got the same color and plain SNS on our natural nail and we both paid with our card. In the pictures the one of my left hand was taken today as I cracked my middle finger nail after just getting them done on Friday. The one of my right was right after I got them done and there's some white specs (I got plain black) and a smudge on my thumb that she did not fix. I wish I could give this no stars because this was by far the WORST and most expensive experience I've ever had getting my nails done for something so simple. read more

If your nails somehow mess up or break in some way, they will fix them for you & do not rush at all!! Definitely a hidden gem in the sleepy town of Lebanon. The people were incredibly friendly and accommodating through the long wait time. However the wait was worth it! I had a manicure/pedicure service which, unbeknownst to me (until the last moment), was performed by one of the shops owners: Ana. She was so nice and was very meticulous in her work. I also appreciated how she kept encouraging me to come back and visit the shop again anytime I'm in the area. read more

This was the worst pedicure and manicure I have EVER had. The gentleman didn't even finish my pedicure, another employee at the front desk came over and told him to start another pedicure. He didn't do services most pedicures come with for the price. They don't have levels to pick from like most salons do. They even charge extra for scrub, which normally comes with every pedicure I have had. He didn't do very good on my heels which were not scraped and buffed to be smooth. He just got up and the employee at the desk came over and painted my toes. I had the same employee who painted my toes from my pedicure do my manicure. It was the fastest manicure I have EVER had. It lasted not more than 10 minutes. The nails were uneven and the polish started to come off at the top of the nails shortly after. My cuticles look awful. I will need to go elsewhere to have a do over from this place. The polish is definitely not OPI as I can see through it. If you don't have enough people to handle everyone in a deceit time and do a great job then only take timed appointments. My manicure and pedicure was definitely a rush job and not worth the money. They also need to pick up their sanitary practices. I have never put my feet in a bare bowl before. Reputable salons have plastic liners in the bowl. When I left the salon I went to a nearby store and the lady behind the counter asked me if I did those nails myself or were they done at a salon. I told her I had them done at TJ. She said your nails look as if they were not professionally done. She gave me a recommendation for a better place. Folks, save your money , time and frustration and go elsewhere. I am sorry I went here and will not go back. Being new to the area, I went by reviews and ratings, and those was totally misleading. I can't imagine how this place received any 5 star rating. read more

Wish they were better at taking appointments. Such poor customer service!!!!!! I drop everything and run in because they say come right now only to be told oh in the past ten minutes we had 3 people that are now ahead of you. This has happened 3 times Ive tried to be patient, tip well, appreciate the good service but the lack of customer service and inability to care about other people schedules. Very very rude. They had a wide range of colors to choose from which was nice. Annie who did my gel manicure was very friendly and did a good job overall but was a little sloppy when putting the polish on. The manicure itself was nice and gentle. There's nothing worse than a painful manicure so I was glad she didn't cut me or dig too far into my cuticles. Inside is clean and they had a movie playing which was fun! Overall a solid manicure but could have been more diligent with the polish. read more

This has not been the first time I had an appointment and took an hour and half to get seated and my nails done. Like I understand a company is busy in all but I don't understand why customers who were coming in after me got there nails done before me when there appointments were after mine, or they didn't have an appointment. Not only do I show up on time but I usually come 5 minutes earlier every time. Like I said this has been multiple times that this has happened, along with finding a cute color on the SNS nails to find out that they didn't have the color when I go to ask if they have a similar color or a color that matches they show me one that I like or agree on, and it's nothing like the color they show me or a color that I pick out. Not only am I disappointed in this but I will not be retuning or be recommending this salon to anyone. read more
