I have wanted to stop in for a while. I have never done threading before. I was in the area and really needed to have some things addressed so it seemed like a good idea to make today the day to stop. I'm so glad I did! I had my eyes shaped (I'm letting them grow a bit thicker) and she simply just cleaned them up and gave them a little shape just as I asked. They looked so good! She also was able to address my chin and lip. I keep running my hand over my face, I can't believe how smooth it is! So sweet, so kind and did a great job - I will definitely return! read more

I used to love this place! Went recently and they had a new lady do my eyebrows and she cut my skin up and messed up the shape that I had been working on for months... disappointed and won't be returning. Worst threading experience I've ever had. read more

New to the area and had to start over with pretty much all my local go to places. This place had great reviews and is literally 5 mins from my hosue! Super convenient and love being close to everything. The women that work there are so nice, especially the owner, Dema. Their prices are reasonable (9 bucks for threading!) and they do a great, relaxing massage if you're like me and are a little red after having your bushman eyebrows yanked and shaped. In all seriousness, the actual process is not that bad and I've been doing it so much I'm used to it. Very pleased with this establishment and these people. Always fast, so friendly, cheap (9 dollars for threading!), and they give the most incredible eyebrow massage after with lotion! I go here and walk in whenever my chin needs threading. The ladies here are professional, efficient, and also warm and friendly. They go above and beyond what is needed and are very reasonable. I've never had a very long wait, although the place is often busy. If you've never had threading done, give them a try. i much prefer it to any other way to get rid of unwanted hair. It's quick, relatively painless and cheaper than any other method I know. read more

Never more than a 5 minute for walk ins and they do a fantastic job! Would never go anywhere else. So inexpensive too. Threading is the best, gives you more shape than waxing. read more

I have been coming to Dema Threading for nearly 6 years now. The staff is very professional, friendly, and they provide excellent customer service. The salon is very clean which I love, and the service is always fast. You will always smell insense fragrance in salon which brings out amazing day. The owner, Dema, is amazing, she is absolutely the best person ever, she is kind, welcoming, and has good work ethic, even her daughter does amazing she doesn't do eyebrows but she does upper lip and she is patient. But, the other lady that works there is not as amazing, she did my eyebrows in an extremely haphazard manner and literally threaded all my eyebrows instead of shaping! She is not patient at all and doesn't have a good work ethic, she talked on the phone while threading my eyebrows! I recommend that you all go thread your eyebrows when Dema is around, but don't thread your eyebrows with the other lady she will most likely ruin it. read more

I have gone here about 6 or 7 times now, and I have always been very happy with the results. I have very thick. long eyebrows and they look amazingly wonderful when I leave. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes, and that was only once. I usually just sit right down in the chair. I just left there an hour ago and there were 2 ladies doing the threading. The owner has always been very nice and the $9 is outstanding. I even like the little lotion massage they offer you when done. I of course always accept! Today I remember seeing that they do facials there, as well. That may be the next thing I try. Quite excited to find a convenient salon for a facial. read more

The three stars are for how well the owner does when threading. Due to what I recently experienced, I will not return to this establishment. Upon recently going in to get my eyebrows done, I was pleasantly greeted and asked to sit down. I received the service without issue. When it was time to pay, I was informed the debit/credit card reader was not working. I didn't have cash on me, so I felt very uncomfortable that I was not told before receiving the service that the reader was not working. As the woman (not the owner) stared at me, I informed her I could run out to the bank down the street to take out cash. She told me that I should just use the ATM located inside their facility. Now, I can understand my fault in this scenario as I should have held my ground, but I felt I was between a rock and a hard place attempting to leave the facility without paying. So I decided to go ahead and use the ATM. The smallest bill I could withdraw was a $20 bill. I was charged $2.50 by the machine to withdraw the money in addition to another $2.50 charged by Dema Threading. Again, I realize my part in this as I should have stood my ground. But as I continue to think over how the situation evolved, it is frustrating that the service was performed and I was not told debit/credit had not been a payment option (as this is how I've always paid) until the service had already been completed. The purpose of this review is to just give others a heads up before entering this establishment. They have always done a wonderful job with my eyebrows. If you're planning to go, my advice is to always just bring cash. read more

Stopped by for the first time after driving past this place multiple times. As far as an easy walk in service for eyebrow threading, this place is awesome. Can't beat the price at $9 and even got a little mini eyebrow 'massage' afterwords. Beats the place I was going to in Providence, and more convenient. It was my first time coming here to get my eyebrows threaded. I loved it and Dema is amazing. My eyebrows were previously messed up by someone else and she fixed what she could and cleaned them up real nice. She also told me that once they grow in she'll be able to shape them. I tried DEMA and eyebrow threading out over a year ago and will never go anywhere else. The thought of threading was terrifying but it is so much better than waxing and hurts equally as bad.
