The staff was informative about the different types of trees and cuts and for a very small fee they sent a nice guy to carry it to my place and set it up in the stand. The manager was also a good guy. I accidentally handed him more than I should have and he caught me while I was walking away to point out my mistake. Honest and well informed people selling an excellent product. Not sure else you could want in this situation. Definitely get your tree from them!
