The biggest benefit to the neighborhood is that they are multilingual (languages spoken here include English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Taishanese, and potentially some other regional Chinese dialects). Sometimes things do get lost in translation, so be careful of that. The thing that I HATE most about this is the location. It's located at a big intersection AND it's right underneath the train. I've only been here during the warmer seasons, so I only know how they operate in the window. During this time, every visit I've made, the doors have been open. The trains run every few minutes forcing you either to repeat yourself or scream your order. Go for the prices, be wary of the service. Express patience because everyone knows they're cheap. They operate under the buy now, pick up now business model. This created a few problems for me and my contractor, who would often pick up the materials at a later date.

Note is that as with most such places, you order with the interior crew and they prep any indoor items while most of the bulky and messier items are in their adjacent bay which can forklift or crew load (theirs and/or yours, don't forget to tip) into your waiting vehicle along their about 200ft of roadway frontage.
