I needed to purchase some Benjamin Moore paint to do a few touch ups. There are not too many stores that carry that brand. Most people will settle for Home Depot or Lowe's house brands. I purchased my home new which was built 7 years ago and the Benjamin Moore paint looks just about the same as when I moved in. The store is well stocked, everyone was very friendly and wanted to make sure I had everything correct as far as the color goes. Great customer service! I was also greeted immediately, everyone was friendly, engaged in conversation with me, were helpful to other customers as well. Prices ate very fair and the store is clean and bright. The store was COVID-19 ready, everyone had masks on, there were plexiglass partitions up at the counters. I would highly recommend Atlas for all your paint supply needs. Try getting great customer service at Home Depot or Lowe's. That usually rarely happens.

One of those improvements was changing the color of my living room wall so I came here to get paint, brushes etc. While I was waiting a woman came in asking how much the face masks were. Granted these were not surgical grade masks she was asking about. They were regular thin, flimsy masks that you would wear when you paint. There was a handwritten sign clearly pre Covid19 that said "Masks 1.99 each." Despite the sign the woman behind the counter told the lady $18 each, despicable. To price gouge on what is now a basic necessity should be criminal. Sadly the lady obliged and paid $36 for two piece of crap masks. I don't respect that and I will never support this "neighborhood business." This place is NOT for the people of it's neighborhood. Price gouging 9x the price shame on you Ovington Hardware!!! FYI: I really never liked coming here to begin with because they will follow you around the store. (At one point I even saw him roll his eyes to another sales person, after I asked if exterior paint would be a better idea for my furniture project).
