We've always done walk ins and the wait time has always been minimal. Service from the nurses and Drs have been great... medicine sent to my pharmacy of choice...parking is small but never have had a problem finding parking. overall it's a 5 star Urgent Care/Clinic and totally recommend it.. they're great with kids as well.

When I got there the place looked REALLY nice, the waiting room was a nice and open size and all the assistants at the desks were so helpful to me and the other people waiting (I asked like a billion questions on the new patient form and they answered every one!!) My appointment was at 3 but I got there 20 minutes early to sign the new patient forms but I was attended even before my scheduled appointment. Inside the actual clinic was very clean, well organized, and structured. There were so many medical assistances and nurses that attended to everyone with care and respect!! Their overall energy and demeanor when treating me and the way they treated others lessened my anxiety by A LOT!! I was attended fairly quick as I got to see my doctor and get a shot I was due for!! The nurse giving me the shot was so caring and thoughtful. She was completely understanding of my anxiety when it came to shots and made the experience so much easier, given I was doing this alone for the first time BUT everyone made it feel that I wasn't alone !! I called ahead and scheduled appointments for myself and my partner. During scheduling, we were told all IVs would be 50% off for first-time clients. We completed the intake process (which took about 20 minutes) and then arrived for our appointment. Once there, I opted for the Boss Lady drip, which is listed as a Myers Cocktail with a larger 1000cc bag and added vitamin D. At no point was I told this drip was excluded from the first-time discount, and it appears on the same menu as the other IVs with no exclusions noted. At checkout, I was told it "didn't qualify," which felt misleading and inconsistent with what was communicated both over the phone and online. Second, while the person who placed the IV was very kind, I experienced significant swelling the entire day and now have noticeable bruising days later (photo attached). This is not my first experience with IV therapy -- I've had pIV drips in the past -- and this reaction was unusual for me. Third, a Myers Cocktail typically has a yellow tint due to the vitamin content. Both my IV bag and my partner's were completely clear, which raised concerns about whether the formulation matched what was advertised. Lastly, checkout took an additional 15+ minutes while staff called management to figure out how to apply the discount to the one IV that was included, adding unnecessary wait time after an already lengthy visit. For a service that costs this much, the experience didn't match the price point. I wanted to feel confident about what I was receiving, and unfortunately, I left with more questions than benefits.
