After being pulled…read moreover by CHP on the freeway and charged with a DUI, I was extremely worried about my future, especially because I hold a commercial driver's license. From the very beginning, the team at Lamano Law was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They handled every aspect of my case and provided excellent representation in court. Thanks to their hard work and expertise, my DUI charge was reduced to a wet reckless, which was a huge relief. I was placed on probation for two years, and once my probation was completed, Lamano Law successfully helped me get my case expunged. Most importantly, they helped protect my commercial driving license, which allowed me to continue working and supporting myself. Their dedication, communication, and results exceeded my expectations. If you are facing DUI charges and need a law firm that truly fights for its clients, I highly recommend Lamano Law. They made a difficult situation much more manageable and achieved an outcome I am incredibly grateful for.

They treated us like partners, listened carefully, and genuinely believed in their client. Most importantly, they demonstrated exceptional integrity. That level of honesty and transparency is rare and speaks volumes about the character of this firm. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy, and caring legal representation

They keep asking for money!I felt pressured for additional payments and did not feel I received value proportional to the fees charged .And they personally take money too, never saw the company like this in my life! I told all my friends, family, clients ... be careful about this company! The way I was treated changed significantly as the case progressed. Before the hearing, the firm presented itself as highly professional and gave me confidence in their abilities. However, my experience changed significantly as the case progressed. By the time the hearing approached, the level of communication, support, and professionalism I experienced was very different from what I had been led to expect. The owner responded by claiming that I was never a client. My review is based on my own interactions, communications, and financial transactions related to services offered through this office. I'm very surprised my experience was very different from many of the positive reviews posted here. Rather than addressing the concerns raised, the response attempts to dismiss my experience entirely. I have documentation supporting my interactions. My opinion remains unchanged. The communication was poor, I felt pressured for additional payments, and the overall experience was disappointing. I later learned that the firm is not BBB accredited. While BBB accreditation is not required, I encourage potential clients to do their own research and carefully review all available information before hiring any attorney. Potential clients should conduct careful due diligence before hiring this firm.

It took a number of months of work. Thomas suggested a good number of activities to help my case and that allowed me to grow as a person. I found Thomas to be honest, extremely knowledgeable, caring and responsive and a straight shooter toward me and others. The results were truly a blessing. The DUI charges were dismissed! Throughout the legal process, Thomas guided me every step, recommending a number of activities that are good for my case, and also helped me grow as a person. Thomas then used these activities and my growth in court as one of many reasons why the court should give me a second chance despite any mistakes I may have made. Thomas then asked the judge to divert and dismiss my case. The prosecutor strongly objected to this. But, amazingly, the judge believed and agreed with Thomas, and granted his request to divert and dismiss my case. Amazing but true, the court dismissed my case at his request! He always wanted the best for me, it showed in the result. God bless Thomas!

I was overwhelmed with fear, anxiety, and uncertainty about what the future held. Long story short - got the temporary restraining order back in December 2024, wonderful choice of direction some people choose to solve business disputes. I looked around and picked Andrew as my counsel. Nice and friendly interview, practicing family/civil law, plus more than a hundred 5-star reviews (for an attorney) -- what else do you need, right? Besides, having backups of texts, emails, paperwork going back for more than three years and reading through utterly ridiculous affidavit filed against me, I haven't had a single worry on my mind. Until the final hearing 15 months later. and... The most disappointing, hurtful, and insufferable element in the outcome of this case is not the adjudication but rather - Andrew's covert yet egregious abuse of my trust - "I really want you win. I'm doing my best to make it happen. I know you are the good guy here" yadayadayada. - his persistent lying and gaslighting about pretty much everything case-related. "Did you read my email? - Yes, sure! - Ok, which point do you prefer? - Oh, I don't know yet, I'll read it again later". Of course he didn't read it because Mailtrack (the email tracking addon which shows whether an you sent got read or an attachment got opened, etc) I finally installed in Gmail just to see what's going on, it showed "not read yet" - he would open an email in question five to ten minutes after a nudge yet pay no attention to the attachments as if the evidence documents attached were the least of your concern (that turned to be the case after all). - his flagrant lack of even a modicum of professional integrity - he didn't pay attention to anything happening with my case, facing a rather aggressive counsel on the opposite side who's been bombarding me with the delays, contempts, motions this and motions that - he just attended hearings and gaslighted me about "there's nothing we can do here" - he constantly failed to even let me know about the new court documents filed by the opposing party - I had to set a reminder/alarm for myself to check the case log via court's website on a daily basis just to make sure I won't miss the new filings. - he picked twelve pieces of evidence (primarily business convos related) out of more than 70 available (one-on-one communications disproving each allegation one after another), told me I don't need witnesses, disregarded testimonies of witnesses on the opposite side, yeah.... - his lack of responsibility and preparedness illustrated by "I have no idea what's going on here" conduct in the courtroom where the commissioner felt compelled to raise a few objections herself to stop opposing counsel's inappropriate line of questioning. He was peacefully staring at the ceiling meanwhile. - his lack of self-reflection in regard to his mistakes or mostly shortcomings - he prefers to blame it all on everybody else around: petitioner, opposing counsel, judge, weather, and me of course (apparently I was too nervous and yet he had full list of my medical conditions and medications but didn't bother informing the commissioner about it). - his "it's your problem" attitude which became clearly evident when you failed to mumble out a single word to explain the reasoning for my remote participation (which has angered the judge beyond belief) at first evidentiary hearing, My mother had a stroke two days prior and after spending ~ 40 sleepless hours sitting in some waiting room at the CPMC Van Ness while she's been going through three separate cranial/brain surgeries. I kept him aware of each and every development, even the minor ones, sent him doctors' correspondence to show to the judge - he didn't bother until the hearing started and judge began yelling. - his complete obliviousness to opposing counsel's conduct and her complete disregard to attorney's candor rules. He hasn't even bothered to react to her literally screaming some despicable bs at the judge like "respondent's lying! He's not at any hospital! I know it because his car didn't leave the driveway in the last five days". Well, my car hasn't left the driveway for more than seven months - the battery's been dead ever since but.... rejoice! There's Uber and I did send even the freaking trips receipts. Nah, he didn't even bother to raise the question the source of info re: where my car is (not geoloc for sure, battery's _dead_ dead) - his unprofessional, childish tantrums where he would let himself to literally yell at me or ask me questions like "are you bipolar or is it OCD?" - and so on. To sum it up - if you are determined to snatch a life-destroying defeat from the jaws of victory (for the lack of better words) and pay a ton of $$$ for it, then Andrew is your top choice.

My experience with Nabiel's consultation left me with significant concerns. He seemed more focused on closing a sale than listening to my situation, and the information he provided felt rushed and inconsistent with what I've since verified through official sources. I reached out for a consultation regarding a traffic matter. While he addressed my initial questions, the discussion moved quickly through potential outcomes and case strategy. Several of the points he raised did not align with the regulations I confirmed independently, and the overall tone felt more geared toward emphasizing worst-case scenarios than providing a clear, balanced overview. When I asked for clarification or alternative perspectives, his responses felt dismissive, and he emphasized the high cost of his time rather than taking the conversation further. I left the consultation feeling that my questions were not fully addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working with him. The consultation felt more like a sales pitch than a professional legal assessment. If you're considering legal representation, I strongly encourage you to speak with at least two or three attorneys to compare perspectives and verify any claims about procedures or potential consequences.
