I contacted Whitney Orthodontics and although I had to wait a couple of months for my first appointment (due to the holidays), it was 100% worth the wait. The staff was incredibly friendly, organized and efficient. I was provided cost estimates upfront which were accurate and a huge help to be able to plan financially. They were able to take imaging of my teeth and send the images to a lab to have my retainers made. Two weeks later, I was back in the office to receive them, along with a mold of my teeth to keep should I need retainers made again. I also inquired about Invisalign during my follow up visit to fix one tooth that is beginning to rotate. Within 2 hours, the team had a treatment plan and cost estimate put together for me to review and decide if I'd like to move forward. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

Long answer: In any legitimate trade there are 3 levels of performance - professionals, experts, and masters. Dr. Murray is definitely a master at her craft and the best dentist I've encountered in 30 years and 7 states. Let's put it this way, when it comes to cosmetic dentistry, I would fly across the country to have her do the work because... 1. It's your face. 2. It needs to be the best the first time, so I'd rather be inconvenienced one time then going back to mend a professional's work. The tooth is the front left incisor so it's front and center every time you talk. I chipped it when I was 20 and the work was very good, however by the time I was 45 I chipped it again and I went through two other dentists who are professionals but they just couldn't get Humpty Dumpty back together. It kept chipping and the frustration kept growing until Dr. Murray stepped in. The fit-and-finish is perfect, you can't tell AT ALL, and the best part is she made it twice as thick and virtually bulletproof. I'm extremely confident to bite down and I can't say enough. In your mind you have the job you want done but you know it probably won't happen because you shoot extra high....and she hit that summit and surpassed it! The reason I labor the long answer is because that's what I like to read when I'm researching. Telling me that somebody did a "super job" isn't enough. The staff is kind, patient and make my mom feel welcome and cared for. They are careful to include me in the communication process, so I can make it easier on my mom. Dr. Parikh invested the time to come up with a treatment plan that aligned with my mom's insurance, to minimize her out of pocket costs while also minimizing disruption to her ability to easily use her teeth as these treatments happen over time. Both he and his wife (the other Dr. Parikh) are kind, caring providers, and it's clear their leadership in the practice carries over to everyone else, because everyone working there exhibits the same, thoughtful bedside manner.
