Dr. Yoon and his staff are amazing. You are always greeted with a smiling face. They offer plenty of services for example; X-rays, teeth cleaning, root canals, and other dental services. Having been to several dentist in the past, my experience with Dr. Yoon has been one of the best, because when having any procedure done I don't feel pain like I do sometimes with other dentist. Told my sister and her family about this place and now they come here for their dental work also. So I would really highly recommend this place. read more

Since moving to Winder I'd been considering that I need a new, closer dentist. I've been hesitant since I love my old one finally I ended up with a toothache the past couple of days and I was a little overdue for a cleaning so nothing like a toothache to motivate finding a dentist quickly. I called yesterday and they were able to get me in first thing this morning. Everyone was wonderful, I really enjoyed my time there. The ladies in the front were super friendly. We were cutting up like we'd been long time besties! My hygienist and the dentist were also great! It felt like being at the salon, just for my teeth. And since we couldn't pinpoint where the pain was coming from, as of course it didn't hurt when I woke up this morning even though it had been hurting the past couple of days, he suggested to wait and see if it comes back and if so call them and he can do more direct treatment. I love a conservative approach to dentistry! But my teeth are clean, the office is clean, overall it was such a great experience. Really glad I went here! read more

Great dentist office! To srart, the ladies at the front desk, Morgan and Sofia are so helpful, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! I feel like I'm with friends when I go in even though I do not like going to the dentist. My Dentist, Dr Yoon, my Dental Hygienist, Lori, and the rest of the Team are absolutely great. I greatly appreciate the proactive approach to my dental care I've received at Winder Dental Care, with Dr. Kwak and staff. Unfortunately, I've needed quite a few visits to take care of a few cavities and crowns which is refreshing relative to the overly conservative/wait and see approach I had been getting. Moreover, I have not felt any pain/discomfort during any of my procedures. I was made to feel at ease and that Dr. Kwak simply knew what he was doing and I felt I could trust him and his plan of action completely. Thank goodness for Dr. Kwak and Winder Dental. I have been coming here for the past four years. They are both friendly and professional from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist. Lisa usually cleans my teeth and does an excellent job. Unfortunately I did have some cavities and Dr. Kwak took care of it and he did make sure I was very comfortable before working on them. For as long as I have teeth (which I hope is many more years) and for as long as I live in Winder, Winder Dental Care will be taking care of our teeth. read more

On 4/19 I went to the Dentist office @ Winder Dental Care. I have been going here for several years without incident. On this day, I was informed that they would need payment of $281 to complete the procedure I had been scheduled for. I asked why, as my wife had recently completed the same procedure with a different dentist inside of the same Insurance PPO and the cost was $81.00. I also asked why I wasn't informed of this price before hand. I was informed they could not do the procedure without payment and I informed them I was unaware of the cost. I would need to reschedule. The Reseptionist informed me there would be a $50 00 penalty for a same day cancellation. I agreed to the penalty and left the premises. The Office Manager called me on my way to work and informed me that I had agreed to the "treatment Plan" when I had my root canal the previous month. I asked if this was the same treatment plan i was given while sedated after the root canal. The office manager agreed. I explained that I was still under the influence of the pain medicine annd sedatives and was under the impression that the treatment plan was for the procedures performed on that day. The Office manager clarified that they gave me the paper to sign which contained all future plans while I was still drugged. I further asked why the procedure today wasn't covered on my insurance. The Office Manager confirmed that the procedure would have been covered, but since I had 'signed' the treatment plan, I had agreed to pay cash instead of having the insurance pay for it. I feel this is deceptive, and unethical to have patient sign agreements while under the influence of sedatives. I switched to another provider,, who confirmed they do not offer treatment plans after a procedure. All treatments plans are agreed to before. Knowing this, I felt I had to offer complaint against Winder Dental Care for their Unethical and predatory methods. read more

I will start by dating Winder Dental Care was great with cleaning and cavities. So I do not enjoy writing this review. But, I do not recommend Winder Dental for crowns. I had a root cannal that continously bothered me and caused my gums to bleed during flossing, I was told to floss some more. So I decided it was time to go see another dentist. Dealing with this situation of bleeding gums from this crowned tooth for almost 3 years, the crown comes off during flossing. My current dentist told me to return to Winder Dental Care, as they should fix the problem free of charge being it was less then 5 years. So after making a appt with Winder Dental Care I was told they would gladly fix it for $170. I tried to talk to them about this with no results. So, I am leaving this practice as a patient with the feeling of Winder Dental Care cares more about profits then standing by the quality of care they provide to their patients. I would not recommend them for crowns . I paid them over $2000 for a crown and two years laters the crown fell out . I went back to have the crown reattached , and they charged me for reattaching the crown. In less the a year the crown has fallen out again . If you plan on have major dental work and spending lots of money on the same tooth several times then Winder dental is a great place . read more

The entire staff is very warm and welcoming. Very pleased with their care. I will definitely be referring them to friends and family.
