I was impressed with the cleanliness of the service center and the friendly associates. One of the sales associates Armando, even went to my mother's house to look at and identify a battery issue. He jumped her car and escorted her to the dealership to get it checked and replaced. As with most businesses with sales and service, the people that work there make the difference. Every one of the folks I have interacted with there have shown they take it seriously in ensuring the best of customer service is provided. But it's a big purchase so that's to be expected.
