The funeral director told my sister one thing about my fathers' embalming and myself something different. She was more concerned about getting her money than anything else. I was not overly impressed. I requested that someone inform me by phone or email when my fathers' burial would take place. No one did this and I was forced to miss it because I was not given enough notice since I had to travel 750 miles to get there. When I asked the "funeral director" why she had not contacted me like I requested because I told her I could not depend on my family informing me she passed the buck. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. The funeral industry is a money making racket and they care nothing about you, just your wallet!
