They do not take reservations, so seating is first come, first serve. There are two ways to dine at this place. The first is that you make it to their hot food station where food is already cooked. You then pick the meat and side dishes you want and then they will charge you based on the weight of the food. The second is that you go to their butcher station (located at the entrance of the restaurant), pick a piece of their cut (steak or pork), and they will cook it right there for you along with the side dishes you picked. Beer can be ordered on the inside too as they have a brewery station. You eat first and then you pay before you leave. I opted for the second option and got a piece of bone-in steak. My two side dishes were grilled potatoes and vegetables. The steak was delicious, potato was cooked very well, vegetables were a little bit oily but overall acceptable. I think the quality of their steak was great, but I also wouldn't say it was the best steak I've had. Prague food in general is cheap, but this whole meal was about $60 for me, so pretty pricy by Prague standard. Of note, they do have unlimited bread, but there is no butter, so another small let down for me. Service was kinda non-existent. Other than the server coming over to deliver my food, I've never seen him ever again. I managed to hunt him down for a piece of napkin, but that took more effort than me trying to stuff down my last piece of the steak. Overall I would come here again.
