I told her I wanted to cancel my order it had been less than 12 hours and she said she could not do that. The owner told her to give me the tires for the quoted price and I didn't need another alignment. i was very grateful to him. The next week I get my lease agreement and I was charged the extra $100 for the tires. i don't know if this is just a coincidence but three days after g my tires on, my brake light, ABS light and service traction control light are on, on my dashboard. I was charged $500 for 2 size 16 tires and an alignment which was $100.

Or perhaps you got a flat and want to save a few bucks on a replacement because you are going to replace them all in a few thousand miles or you hit a tight spot financially. Not satisfied to just take a chunk of tire, that greedy pot hole felt the need to take a chunk of aluminum rim to go with it. It took some investigation work and calling around town but this is the place that had my replacement rim for the Saab. Even a 20 year old aluminum rim from Sweden was not too obscure of a wheel for these guys. If you ever find yourself in a similar predicament this should be one of the first calls you make.

I sent photos and videos to one of their employees, who even admitted the workmanship looked bad. When I tried to get rescheduled to have it fixed and finish the rest of the wheels, they told me they were "too busy" and tried to push me out THREE WEEKS. That's completely unacceptable considering the poor quality of work they delivered in the first place. A reputable business should stand behind their work and make things right quickly--not make customers wait weeks to fix their mistakes. Between the poor workmanship and lack of urgency to correct the issue, this is not a company I would recommend.

I've had to wait several hours on one occasion and didn't even get to shut the truck off before I pulled into the bay on another occasion. They carry an unbelievable amount of commercial trucks tires along with an equally unbelievable amount of heavy equipment tires. Can't say anything about normal car tires, light duty truck tires or ATV tires. I saw small lawn tires, ATV tires and the like being fixed and replaced when waiting. Basically it looks like they do it all when it comes to tires.

They got me right in as I had ordered tires on their website. Dwayne helped me when I walked in. I inquired about an alignment since I was there. He told me my car didn't need one just yet which I thought was awesome because tire shops or mechanics I've previously been to just added it to the job without advising me on whether or not it was truly needed. Best part: they have free air, balancing, rotation and fixing of flats for the life of the tires.
