Not only that, but after discussing my issue they recommended replacing and gave me a female Keystone connector and showed me how to install it. I decided to purchase a punch down tool from them for about $23. I was blown away when moon when just as I was leaving Miguel ran out and gave me a 3 ft test cable for use in testing the Keystone connector I would replace. In an age of mediocre to pour customer service, Daniel and Miguel's were phenomenal. They even encouraged me to call them if I had problems and asked me to follow up with them on my project!
