Called next day to have someone tell me they no longer have later hours on the day my appointment was scheduled. They claimed to have called twice, I verified the phone number on file; I never received a call or voicemail. Dr. Fong, Dr. Bates, and Dr. Richmong (has moved) were great with my son. We will NEVER let him see Dr. Lipschultz again as he was VERY mean to my son and my daughter at one particular visit. He yelled at my then 5 year old to STOP CRYING and sit still during a very invasive procedure. So...we don't see him and all is well. We really like their new location where all the chairs are not in the SAME ROOM. That was a little weird. But now it is more private. We will continue to go this location for the great desk service staff (Lisa in particular) and Dr. Bates is awesome.
