They do carry a variety of plants but the main theme is all indoor based plants and plant accessories. The prices don't seem horrible but I don't buy a lot of plants, so I am less knowledgeable about pricing of plants. read more

Dennis 7 dees has a beautiful selection of plants. I love how they put the shop together and if you are looking for something unique you are sure to find it. While they have a beautiful selection, be aware that the more common plants are 2-3x the price here when compared to other stores so I would recommend buying elsewhere. I would also recommend buying your pots, fertilizer and other decor elsewhere as the markup for identical items is astronomical. read more

This is one of the cutest plant shops in the Portland metro area. As soon as you walk in you'll be obsessed with the beautiful aesthetic of the store with it's bright interior and gorgeous plants. It's a pretty small space so you may not find exactly what you're looking for if it's for something specific, but they have a decent variety of plants. They have different sizes of many popular plants like the monstera deliciosa, ficus elastica, fiddle leaf and snake plants. Their plant prices are also comparable to most plant shops. They also have some of the cutest pots, but they mostly have 4 and 6 inch pots. There's not too many options for bigger decorative pots and some of the options they do have are very expensive, although nice looking and good quality. One thing that I love about this store is that they have the option of creating a "wishlist" if there is something you're looking for, but it's currently not in stock. If the item from your wishlist does come in, then they'll contact you. Kelsey, the store lead, is also amazing! She is extremely helpful if you need any tips or advice about caring for a specific type of plant. This store is a little out of the way for me, but I will definitely be making many trips here. read more

Absolutely phenomenal plant and gift store! Walked in and immediately was in love! The entire store is styled so beautifully with calm colored pots and vessels filled with plants, glistening hardwoods, and simple shelving allowing the lush greenery to take center stage. Was blown away by the variety and quality of the plants, all so healthy and vibrant. I've shopped at Dennis 7 Dees Nursery but had no idea they now had retail stores. This is one of four. What a fabulous extension of their brand! There are pots and containers in a variety of styles so something for everyone's house. Quite a few mid century-mod tripod planters that I'm still dreaming about, trying to figure out where I can put one. Several vignettes showcased an assortment of pale pink planters. I'm not a "pink" person, but I have to say they were soothing and really complimented the greenery. Thy have macrame plant hangers, gorgeous crystals, and a section where you can pick out a terrarium and make your own arrangement with air plants or succulents. Along the far wall of the shop, under the "Green is The New Black" instagram-worthy wall, they offer workshops: how healthy is your soil; winter wreath making; non-toxic plants for pets; succulent pumpkins - this one has my name all over it! - and more. Go to their website for the workshop schedule. Man, this store is dangerous! It speaks to me and I want everything! Tonight I bought a white macrame plant holder and a few succulents. If I wasn't on my way to a movie, I would have bought more! This is my new favorite plant shop, hands down. I'll be back to take workshops, to buy gifts, and of course to buy mor pe gorgeous plants to adorn my home. Highly recommend! read more

I really like this plant shop. If I'm looking for something rare, special plant or really cute pots, this store always has something available. The employee is helpful and knowledgeable. Best part is that you can see online if you're looking for a specific plant/pot, buy it online and have it ready and waiting usually the next day for you to pick up. They have some rare plants and their prices will be reflective. I think the plant prices are fair and usually in good condition. It's bright, clean and well organized. The only thing I'd wish, it was closer to my house. read more

Very cute, clean, and modern store! I'm not a plant expert, but there appeared to be a wide variety of different kinds of plants. I liked that they had a lot of modern looking planters, especially ones that drain! They only allowed a limited number of guests into the store, and required masks, so I felt safe entering and browsing the store. The person who helped me at checkout was very friendly! read more

I really loved this shop. They have two new shipments a week which makes it fun to shop at when you're bored because there's always something new. It is over-priced but, with a location like Bridgeport I understand that the rent is high and you have to bring in more revenue than other places. It's basic business. My frustration with the store is that since I bought plants from them my whole house has broken out with gnats that I know I got from their store because when you walk in, you will notice gnats all over. My peace lily got it the worst. It's been two months now and I'm still battling them. I actually bought lady bugs and released them in my house as a last ditch effort. When I went to the store and told them about my issue, they recommended I purchase more over-priced product from them. No refund or exchange or anything. I know pests are a risk of buying plants but it's crazy to me that the most expensively priced plants I own, give me more issues than the ones I've bought from Home Depot and IKEA... If their product really worked so well that they want me to purchase, why aren't they using it on their own? It's such a bummer because I love this place. I'll still come around to take a look at their selection but, I won't be buying from them as much. read more

7 Dees is the only shop that I ever want to buy my plants from! All the ladies are SO helpful, and I've gained an abundance of knowledge regarding planting, soil, watering, etc just from visiting the shop twice! Everyone, at 7 Dees is so accommodating! Every single time, they've helped me plant my new additions, and they offer me the most wonderful advice of which plants pair together beautifully! I really enjoyed their store, they had all great pots and plants and it was beautifully laid out. The employees were great but couldn't answer very many questions. Also I would have liked the store better if they were able to actually pot the houseplants and give me helpful tips for the certain house plants, Taking care of the plants is something everyone wants to know so when buying one it would be helpful if they told people what to do to take care of them. read more

The shop is gorgeous with a fun selection of planters and houseplants. But really, I want to tell you how wonderful their staff is, specifically Kelsey. Not only was she super knowledgeable, helpful and good natured, she was so welcoming to my 15 month old daughter both times we've come in. I came in yesterday to look and see if anything caught my eye. I walked in, shop was pretty empty, not a soul greeted me. There was 2 young females standing by the register chatting about their hate for who knows what while acting like working was such a burden to them. I brought my purchase to the register and politely waited until they noticed my existence, to ring me up. They both then refused to take my cash, since they "didn't have change" I was paying $17 with a $20 bill. Once I said that I would take my business else where, one of them huffed and puffed as they offered me change in quarters. Sadly, I still paid because I really want the plant. I would think twice about spending my money here, after COVID you would think you would want to be kind to others even more but NOT HERE. read more

Very cute shop but very disappointing experience with customer service. I received different information from every person I spoke with regarding an issue I had with a purchase. In the end no resolution, due to lack of and poor communication within staff and with customer which left me with the short end of the stick and gaslighted by the manager. Unlikely that I'll shop here in the future or recommend to others. read more

Obsessed!! Went to the Grand opening and was blown away!! Bridgeport Village needed a houseplant shop! Dennis' 7 Dees have such healthy specimens and the prices are so agreeable. Literally the biggest air plant ever and the biggest fiddle leaf tree ever. The store was really nice and had locally crafted items (Candles, Macramé, cute stuff). So many neat things to look at and buy! Very pretty pots for sale too. Definitely pleased with my newest plant and pot additions. Will be back! And soon! read more

This place looks nice, but it is over priced. There are more plant shops in Portland who don't ask $30 for a small snake plant.
