I have crowns that were placed in my mouth 20 years ago and they are still good. This dentist office is a chain and they do not care if their work fails. After spending thousands of $'s in their office, I have changed dentist offices for all of my family. I can't spend $2000 or $3000 out of pocket every couple of months or years because my dental insurance won't pay for repeat bad care that often. They will only replace a crown every 7 years. The office staff was very rude to me and I have asked them to give me my dental records multiple times and they always say, "We will email them to you," then they don't. They will play around with your mouth and tell you work needs to be done that doesn't. They gave my husband a huge treatment plan that doesn't need to be done according to another dentist. Don't trust them.
