I had a truly frustrating experience during my consultation with this firm. They made me fill out…read morenine pages of online forms, only to deny my case the very next morning. After that, communication completely fell apart. Calls went unanswered, and when I did finally get through, they would talk over me and be rude, completely dismissing my concerns. And this is not an isolated incident based on another reviews so I know I'm not the only person who went through this. And a little message to the owner in case you are reading this don't attempt to downplay my concerns or minimize the effect of your staff's behavior or their lack of. At one point, my contact person left, and I was left with no clear point of contact. The staff was unprofessional and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter.
